Ok, snowflake.John Taylor COO is a bean counter. The only performance he’s responsible for is financial. Get back to your homework.
Yeah I called in a few posts up, knew that’s where this was going!Wokeness? Fucking hell
And literally never seem to mention the COO who came in to replace Boddy, who is likely much more influential.

I expect he advises King on football matters rather than the PD.I'd forgotten he existed until yesterday. Probably because he didn't get a huge spread in the CET when appointed.
But Id bet hes got a massive hand in the way Robins has been treated and is also a massive c**t.
because his remit is non football relatedAnd literally never seem to mention the COO who came in to replace Boddy, who is likely much more influential.

you are better than thisI'm the most 'woke' person on here and I've got serious concerns about this new set up and her role, and it's fuck all to do with her gender.
you are better than this
Yes, blokes famously dont get criticised on this forum.
What nonsense.
1) King while not knowing about football can look at league table and panic. He can also look at performances like last night and panic. He can also listen to Robins interview after the game where he basically worried me as he seemed to say he has no idea what is happening. There's not always a conspiracy or a "shadowy cabel" prompting things. So who's driving this? This is what I keep asking.
King said he knows nothing about football, what made him decide to overhaul the coaching structure?
I keep getting shot down but no one will give an answer.
Is there a modern football for dummies book ge could have got his ideas from?

2) If you have to believe someone is advising him then he is just of not more likely to speak to his COO who is a long term football exec.
At least DK is going to front up, he is not speaking to the press before the supporters forum. Perhaps he might answer your question then?

It’s King. No one will advise him and he’ll appoint whoever he wants. My money is on a cheap, statistics driven yes man with little football knowledge but a proven track record in process engineering.
I imagine this is the reason why Matty James wasn’t signed and Chris Ramsey wasn’t appointed. Dead man walking. Not sure thisis correct.
1 poster said that things are further down the line than people realise. Same poster said last night that Robins was in jeopardy.
Icanvelieve it to be honest, think it's been in the pipeline for ages.
So who's driving this? This is what I keep asking.

Is it possible that "collectively" (whatever that means for CCFC) they've decided that our performances and results aren't acceptable? If you take all emotion and sentiment out of it, that's what most owners will be looking at. Doesn't really need to be someone telling DK that MR needs replacing.
Thanks for trying to provide an answer.
If you're right, who are the collective?

I’m not sure I’m comfortable with coaches having that level of authority over the team manager. They should be subordinate to him.
The only person/people the manager should be responsible to is the chairman and directors
Well I must say the Performance Director has made a massive impact in her very short time with the club.
Unfortunately, it’s been a huge negative impact. Well done everyone involved in the process. You must be proud of your achievement.
Thanks for trying to provide an answer.

I would expect that after buying the club he has gone and got advice, possibly externally, about how top teams are set up and run and has decided to try and implement that here. Ou're right, he won't have come up with this himself but i suspect he has just looked at how it is done elsewhere and wants to replicate that.So who's driving this? This is what I keep asking.

Of course it's invite only and a process to hand pick Qs......he's very naive if he thinks this will calm the stormthe "supporters forum" which'll be by invite only and advance Qs to be submitted in advance most likely

He should've fronted up on radio yesterday......a further press release on why and another praising MR to the hill and then followed this up with a forum but for it to be a little more open.....I get controls, etc but there's a half way house.
Charge your bloody phone man!Pretty much answered both your questions here, or were you so enraged you didn’t bother reading the statement that was put out yesterday? -

Imagine believing that bullshit.
That’s a shout.I imagine this is the reason why Matty James wasn’t signed and Chris Ramsey wasn’t appointed. Dead man walking.
Genuine question, have you been going to the games this season?
A CEO doesn't need to know how to install a gas meter to run British Gas. He does however need to adapt the organisation to deliver, investing where it makes most sense. So who's driving this? This is what I keep asking.

A modern football club is just another business, but with customers emotionally invested.
