Where's a sniper when you need one?!
If you really want to cheer me up, take my Sunderland ticket!

After appearing in the team photo maybe King will announce he's appointed himself as first team "Head Coach".

Having slept on it and trying to put emotions aside, the sacking isn't totally baseless or without merit. There is obviously something going on behind the scenes, AV going was a clear sign of cracks starting to show and performances generally have been below par for whatever reason... that said, if it was purely based on performance I would have liked to see Robins have a few more games to see if we had turned a corner and whether Derby game was just a blip. What MR has done for the club is without question and he has set the bar higher than ever (at least from the fans POV) as to how we expect and want the club to be run... this will all hinge on who comes in next and what, if anything, we achieve. If we kick on then it will be justified, if its a down-turn it will be an even harder pill to swallow.

‘I know where we’re going…’, he says.

That's a bold statement.

We've already got one growler on the staff, not sure some of this forum can handle another.

On 20 minutes Collins goes down feigning an injury, so they can all go over and check the stats and data on the iPads. We're down to nine men in the second half as Doug negotiated sales during half time.

That is two years old of course.

Not saying that either is true but I’ve always thought there were two obvious plot twists in the Doug King saga….

1) Doug turns out to be Sisu after all
2) Doug isn’t (1) but Sisu turn out to be the good guys after all.

Who's going to look after all the ipads?

2) Would be a plot twist worthy of M Night Shyalaman.

Will forever maintain that the new club chairman stripping to his underwear to put himself front and centre in the club’s marketing campaigns was a red flag that didn’t get the attention it deserved at the time.

loved robins but I’m looking forward to this new Manager, reckon robins took us as far as he could, said the play off final was the closest he’d get us, we need someone who can get up to the next level,he wasn’t exactly a tactical genius was he, think this season he was just hoping we’d fall onto a formation that worked wer’e painful to watch, new manager bounce maybe just what we need
