"For instance, there was a post-match scene at Leyton Orient last year where the players and staff became the subject of a vent from the away fans, who couldn’t direct their frustrations to an absent owner.

Selles got all the players and staff to stand in front of the fans for about a minute, absorb the wrath, and then go in and start speaking to people. It worked brilliantly, because by that point the fans had got their rage out of their system and were much more amenable to an open conversation.

It’s those sort of qualities that the next Coventry boss will need to have any sort of chance."

What an utter moron... plus he does not even look old enough to enter a bookies!

Hilighting standing in front of angry people as a highly prized manergerial quality is the most ridiculous job attribute I've heard trumpeted since people touted Penny Mourdamt as a potential tory leader because of the way she carried a sword.

It’s a miracle you even know a Reading fan. I’ve never seen one in the wild before. I reckon there can’t be more than ten in the UK now.

I lived in Reading for two years and never saw one in the wild, but tbf I was basically nocturnal. Maybe they're all vampires?

The WBA or Norwich manager is the level of manager is who we should go out for if we are being fed this 5 year plan still.

Go and prize one of those 2 away and not only will you get a solid manager it shows we have the power to pluck a manager off recent premier league clubs.

I head an interview with the ex CEO of Southampton who had nothing but positive things to say about him as a coach and a man manager.

However would they be remotely interested in us? It's hardly a big step up is it?
