Elon Musk for next president of the USX?
It’s already been pointed out to me that he isn't eligible to be president of USA. Given his earnings he won’t be an illegal immigrant. It was more to get a sarcastic USXIsn’t he an illegal migrant?
What might have been. Love his passion even at the age of 83.
Because I supported Bernie’s policies and Trump’s are almost the exact opposite. Kamala Harris while still nowhere near, was much closer to the Bernie position. And the Democratic Party that some fools on here laud as the beacon of fairness and democracy blocked him for Clinton.
“Save democracy, Trump’s a fascist”
Then, despite saying Biden is “sharp as a tack”, having a “democratic” primary, switched horses when they realised Biden is in cognitive decline.
Cue another “democratic” primary? Nope. Bypass that and install Harris.
“save democracy, Trump’s a fascist”.
It’s baffling, that anyone who supports Sanders could then see what they did to him and believe the Democratic Party is the way forward.
Addled.
Oops?Absolutely assault on Wright there!
Nothing wrong with analysing data to see patterns. CNN are doing that right now. There's nothing funnier than a pseudo intellectual using Excel, trying to pretend he's a genius who can expose a worldwide conspiracy that no one else has spotted.
Again your arrogance far exceeds your abilities, sweetheart, it's just that you're too dumb to see it.
Do people smile and nod at you whilst you ramble on about your latest theory, and then change seats on the bus. It's a clue you know.
Probably some lefty upset that he voted Trump.Absolutely assault on Wright there!
FFYIsn’t he an illegal alien?
Medicare for all would be where I’d startWell the one thing we know is there will be no Trump in 2028, assuming he lives that long.
So what should be the focus of the Kamala2028 Campaign be, there is some time to plan everything.
I fully expect him to try and overturn the two terms rule.Well the one thing we know is there will be no Trump in 2028, assuming he lives that long.

Or his cognition will get so bad he will say he hasn't served any terms yet and has two terms still ahead of him.I fully expect him to try and overturn the two terms rule.
It gives JD Vance 4 years to work out how to buy a doughnutOr his cognition will get so bad he will say he hasn't served any terms yet and has two terms still ahead of him.

‘Your body, my choice’ says MAGA. Again baffles me how so many women voted for this maniac. And how on earth some have holes in them

Only Congress can approve such an amendment and it would have to be a two thirds majority in both houses.I fully expect him to try and overturn the two terms rule.

The misinformed merchants will spout nonsense, but the bottom line is factually:
Trump devolved the issue to the States, like we have devolved certain issues to Scotland, Wales and NI. As with this issue historically with NI, it’s tricky and causes division amongst the religious / non-religious, devout Christian/Muslim/Amish, pro-life/pro-choice, Inception v 6 week,12week 24 week, 3 exceptions.
I believe you know this and know that Trump never mooted an outright ban.
Prove me wrong or, respectfully, stop the lefty trick of outright lies.
Trump spent most of his life in the pro-choice position. Then, since he began campaigning as a Republican, realised that this stance would cost him too many votes from the base. So he changed his mind on the issue and has expressed a whole load of contradictory views on it in the past decade. This year in one piece he boasted about the Supreme Court decision, and then also said that Arizona had ‘gone too far’ and he would try to get them to change things as President. The misinformed merchants will spout nonsense, but the bottom line is factually:

My past points on this have been that the argument of ‘states rights’ tends to be used to defend the indefensible with the best example being to justify continued slavery in the South. Women have died because of this decision, many more have been raped and now have to carry their rapist’s child to term. Doctors now refuse to provide medical care to pregnant women in distress in case they are arrested. Trump knew these would be the consequences of what he did. He did it anyway. Their deaths are on his hands.I think you are saying that Trump hasn’t said that he will ban abortion and agree that it’s a divisive subject. It can be conceded, with retrospect, that attempting to devolve the issue hasn’t solved it.
The consensus of evidence is that many Trump voters acknowledge his flaws but have decided, on balance, that he is the better choice.
My opener was that he waffles twaddle. He also has said some unacceptable “locker talk” and has engaged, probably, in some questionable business practices in the past.
To suggest that anyone who favours him believes “he can do no wrong” is, of course, a ridiculous sweeping statement. Be better.
Aside from my own company US exports, I’ve no real dog in the fight. Trump is a half-Brit Anglophile. The current president is not. The USA is vital to the UK for trade, defence, intelligence and security. To be anti-Trump is short sighted from a UK perspective.
Which of my points can you disagree with?
I’m sure the tariffs that’ll inevitably get slapped on UK imports will be great for the UK.I think you are saying that Trump hasn’t said that he will ban abortion and agree that it’s a divisive subject. It can be conceded, with retrospect, that attempting to devolve the issue hasn’t solved it.

You think we can get into a trade war with the US?C’mon.
U.S. goods and services trade with United Kingdom totaled an estimated $295.6 billion in 2022. Exports were $158.2 billion; imports were $137.4 billion. The U.S. goods and services trade surplus with United Kingdom was $20.8 billion in 2022.
We will have the option to impose reciprocal tariffs to equalise and would in a flat line scenario be $5bn better off.
There is nothing to be gained and US officials have already suggested that tariffs on UK imports are unlikely.
Next…..
Economy: doing objectively better by any measure since 2020.Was a demographic issue. Only demographic where reprouctive rights was the main issue was women aged 18-29. All the other female demographics were voting on economy, immigration and "state of the democracy".
One thing you have to say about trump is he defiantly comes off as someone who carefully studies all the data and asses the impact before making a decisionU.S. goods and services trade with United Kingdom totaled an estimated $295.6 billion in 2022.
