I don’t think Moyes is a realistic option, if he was, he would be my choice, definitely the most likely to get the best out of the players we have & achieve our ambitions.
I also think he’d provide the club with stability & longevity, at his age I very much doubt that he’s still burning with ambitions to manage another big club.

I think any of the others are much more of a gamble, coin toss as to whether they improve us or fail miserably.
But even if they did come in and give us a modicum of success, we would soon be back looking for another manager as they will surely only view CCFC as a stepping stone to a bigger job.

RVN wouldn’t be here long.He would just use the club as a stepping stone untill
a big club in Europe came calling,
Carsley for me
Well, I think if a big club in Europe came in for him it would probably indicate that he’s doing a good job for us!

In an ideal world I’d want Potter but that ain’t happening. There appear to be big question marks over the main three candidates credentials but equally they’ve all got a bit of pedigree. I guess RVN seems like he’d be the most exciting.

Assuming all are available who do you want?

That would make a good Question on the BBC show Pointless.

I doubt whoever gets it will be here more than a couple of seasons tops.
It's the way it goes. Having the same manager for 7 years is incredibly rare and in all liklihood won't happen again for some time.

Kinda shocked to see so many people voting for RvN. Plenty of awful managers have done well in the Eredivisie (no I'm not looking at you Schteev McLaren) and 2nd is a par at best for Eindhoven (4 first, 4 seconds in the last ten years). Add in that their squad that year was ridiculous, he fell out with coaches, players and the owner and that he would likely leave us at the first sign of things going well/badly (fine if he has got us promoted - not so great if it is April) and he wouldn't be my pick.

Edit: appreciate this raises the question - who would be my pick and... the f~ if I know...
