My question isnt what she does or provides but based around costs really, and then who monitors her? Her remit is not related to the on-pitch performance. It’s all about the team’s strength and conditioning, nutrition, sleep hygiene and so on. Apparently the team is as ‘fit’ as it’s ever been and performing higher on these metrics than before she came in.

We’ve scored 10 goals in the 76-90m which is the joint highest in the EFL so there’s clearly an impact on real match performance.

If this news came from a Sun journalist it would be far more reliable than the BBC.
Personally I'm waiting till the club announce it any other source is 2nd hand at best.

She's involved in recruitment. She explained her role in it in the CET interview. I never said she decides who and who not to sign.
