Yeah genuinely think he has a good centre back options for his three at the back, midfielders aren’t the progressive passers we have but would re link up with Liam Walsh and Chong could play the ten. On strikers he’s got the target men which he used and a great poacher who’s struggling for game time.
Plus attacking wingbacks like Giles and think you’ve got a robins 20/21 squad

Giles plays for Hull doesn't he? They do have Doughty who is much better than Giles anyway but wouldn't be surprised if he moved to the Prem in January.

Not sure I agree, physical sure but feel there a quite a few in the midfield who could play nice one touches.
Also Robins thrives on using width and then hitting balls into the six yard box, look at the striker in comings since Vik, all decently tall apart from maybe BTA. Genuinely think Luton would be a good fit.

There is not a chance in this universe or any near by that MR goes to a club like Hull - not with those owners at least. Personally think he will be out of the game for a little while anyway - his payoff won't be small so no need to rush. He will wait for the right gig to emerge.
He would do brilliantly at that level as before but think he is better than that

May well do. For me he thrives in a backs against the wall situation, the siege mentality with some of the good old pros we used to have. People remember the Wembley trips but for me its that season 2020-21 when we were in a relegation scrap that he earned his crust the most.

Think you've got the wrong end of the stick.
Robins would still have a choice of where he works next. But the severance pay could include not working as a manager for let's say 6 months or there's a financial penalty from what he has/will receive. It isn't stopping him from working. The twi people that know what is in the contract are King and Robins.

He is best as the battling underdog, I don’t think Hull would suit him except geographically perhaps. Part of me thinks he’d aim for another rebuild or ‘crisis’ club.

No chance. Robins deserves a top 6 bound championship club, his salary rises since 2020 would put him way out of Reading and Bolton’s bracket.

There's a lot of unknown to put with where he takes over next.
We don't know what clauses if any came with his last contract. If Lampard suddenly turns our club around it would put a dent in his record as a championship manager. Salary rises? He is now earning nothing. Does he need the money as much as he would like to take on a challenge?
I would love to see Robins be a success in his next position he takes as long as it isn't detrimental to our future. He will be on a list of candidates for a lot of positions that become available, but there's also a lot of managers unemployed. The top Championship clubs looking for a manager will want someone who has had success at that level. Although Robins has been amazing for us he failed at the last hurdle.

Mark did get us to FA Cup final, its just that we were not allowed to take part for commercial reasons.
A referee has told me what they did.

I fully agree with you. He was a success every season with us. I remember lots of our support saying they would prefer a shot at winning the FA cup than getting promotion to the Prem. We came within a toenail of beating Manchester United in the semi final but the extra games finished our season off. Then the same people used it against him. Some people have very short memories.

The referee awarded the penalty, VAR chalked off a goal that the officials in the ground thought was legit.
Still don’t buy the conspiracy but there is a difference.

The penalty was also checked. The point is that if there was a genuine conspiracy against the club (one of many apparently) they could easily have said it wasn’t a penalty.

To believe this though you’d have to buy that the VAR team were told not to let us win but for some bizarre reason the message wasn’t given to the referee on field.
Not saying you believe it of course, just find all the conspiratorial nonsense surrounding that game incredibly embarrassing. We were the victims of an incredibly tight offside call, it happens.
