Black Friday online club store (2 Viewers)

Did anybody on here buy anything online from the club shop when the Black Friday deals were on?
And if so, have you received any notification about the order being shipped yet?
I haven’t and it’s been a week - seems a bit long although I’ll cut them a bit of slack given it was probably busier than normal.

Yeah I did and haven't received anything as of yet spoken with Cov X account and they recommended me to send an email to [email protected], in which I did and they responded fairly quickly, so would suggest to send them an email mate.

Is anyone still waiting for their order? I'm still waiting for one of the items I ordered black Friday on 30th Nov. Its a Christmas present for my lad and is still stuck at "processing" its the 19th December FFS

I’ve ordered a fair bit from there over the last month and it’s usually been delivered in a few days.

I placed an order on the 6th, and after emailing was told that Evri had lost loads of orders. I was given a refund as a number of the items were no longer in stock.

Oof bad luck on the missing orders. Evri are a shit show, had loads go missing or rock up weeks after I've had a refund before.

Thankfully I got all my black Friday items within a week and there was bonus pair of socks in my parcel I didn't order. Sounds like I came out pretty well

Ordered the blackout shirt within half an hour of it going on sale

2 weeks in a pending status, plenty of messages going back and forth “I can confirm your order is with the warehouse”

Eventually an email stating that the shirt was out of stock and a refund was being issued

All whilst seeing the shirt in the club shop on a match day ( I ordered online as I live 100 miles away and couldn’t get to the shop ordinarily to purchase)

very poor.

I don't think the orders come from the club shop, I ordered something earlier this season & it came from Nottingham. My wife ordered our son some stuff including a black beanie and there were none in the club shop at the Cardiff game but it has safely arrived as has everything else

I think we moved to a supplier that handles a load of teams. I ordered my wife and daughter some Leeds stuff 🤮 for Xmas and their range of non branded stuff/gifts is identical to ours pretty much.

You are right, I was just making the point that I ordered online to ensure delivery as I didn’t live close enough to just pop to the shop.

And whilst the online store were messing me around I saw the shirt in store when I went up on a match day.
