I am admittedly just joining the dots here, but attacking midfielder that Chelsea forked out £19m to The Villa for in the summer seemingly available for loan

Surely with Frank's connections and it being a position we could do with recruitment in we will be interested?

I wouldn’t go for him personally. He’s very raw looking at his starts only having two games for Villa under his belt.

Would imagine he’ll go to a league 2/1 side to get some experience

He looks like he has some good attributes and with previous links/living in the Midlands it makes sense for us to be in the running.

If he's available on loan and we don't have to pump too much into wages then its a no brainer despite what is being said on here. More for the fact it'll put us in a good position to get him back next season too where he'll be further along in his development.

Obviously would be way out of wage budget I think. But what’s happened to Chukwuemeka. Haven’t seen him get much game time for Chelsea.

I know our defence has been dreadful but if you could give me 1 loan it would be a creative AM.

None of Sheaf, Eccles, Torp, Rudoni or Allen ever get the ball and make you think ‘I don’t know what’s going to happen here’. I’d love someone to just be able to run past someone, drop a shoulder, just make them think.

I appreciate this type of young loan is few and far between and for every Walsh and O’Hare type loan there is an Ayari, where they’re not ready yet but I’d just love an exciting midfielder in there.

Exactly. Didnt about 4 clubs just trade players on ridiculous fees for FFP. Newcastle signing Forest's goalkeeper to be 5th choice and giving them Anderson for about 20 mil. Sure Villa signed Dobbin from Everton for about 15 million too
yeah, sell a player than has come through the youth team it's 100% pure profit for FFP and they players they brought in are amortised =.

All a massive FFP scam, like Forest signing players and loaning them for a big fee to the Greek team their owner has.

Yeah. The Kellyman deal was rumoured to be linked to Maatsen for FFP/PSR purposes - maybe Chelsea did actually want him, but the fee is definitely inflated, adding £10m to each transfer would have helped out their books.

Everton and Villa was a joke, Dobbin went for £10m, he's never done anything special and already 21, not doing anything on loan with WBA this season either (watch him score tomorrow now lol).

Like I suggested a case of modern slavery I think.

Ayari suggests some form of error on our part not the lads fault I think.

He’s been injured a lot and may even struggle to get in our match squad. I saw it and decided it was not viable. League 1 top 6?. id be happer with a third choice midfielder from the big clubs If it has to be a loan.

Ayari error on our part? What, like selecting him for the team?
No more management of his time with us, what we expected of him then subsequent move to Blackburn who appeared to get something out of it, then this season appearing to be a part for Brighton.

He was touted as the next big thing in swedish football but little did he or we know we actually already owned that player

That type of player would be a wage issue. Id say its unlikely King will go big on loan wages, especially if this season isnt likely to result in a play off push
