Only player to come out with any credit is probably EMC, they can have 6. Bassette wasteful but at least got them turned. Other than that universally rubbish. Sheaf 7 first half 3 second. Whole team 0 second half.

Collins, da silva, Thomas, binks all -10

Bassette 2/10 and that’s just for the goal, completely wasteful all half and constantly offside and diving for no reason

Lamps 0/10 for picking that defence, I said before kick off that we will need to score 3 to get a result, but not even I thought we could be that bad.

Sheaf 5
Torp 4
Sakamoto 4
Rudoni 4
EMC 5 - bonus point for the assist

Yeah. Second half we just decided enough was enough and just gave up

One of the worst ever 45 mins from us, that.

I can't be arsed to score the players.

For the first 10 mins it was all 7's and 8's

Second half, pretty much all zeros.

I've been a fan of Bassett, thinking he was the answer to our goals, but if you cant beat a keeper on a one on one when you have the advantage of momentum and the keepers static, then I'm afraid you just aren't up to it. You should at his age have a few tricks in your locker, a step over, shimmy, drop of the shoulder disguise something to give you the advantage to send him the wrong way, but he has absolutely nothing and his going to ground at every challenge is now just getting on my nerves.

20's plenty old enough to know how to go around a keeper ffs. If you don't know basic stills by that age you never will. Yes you learn how to time runs, interact play and draw opponents, to make space for yourself and others with coaching, but dribbling?..... no that's something you either have or haven't. And he hasn't.

He's very raw but there's a player in there. Needs a bit of coaching and he'll come good. At least he puts a load of effort in too, and clearly shows he cares with some of the frustration. Can't say that for a lot of the team today.

Bollocks.

It's decision making. Not a basic hereditary trait.

As soon as the opposition lift the intensity he's no good. He's ok in home games but away from home he's had many completely anonymous performances like that.
The one good piece of play from Collins all day to find him on the counter attack and he spaffs it out of play after aimlessly wandering sideways. The PNE injury has ruined his game and he's nothing like what he used to be.

Agreed, he's a passenger in far too many away games. BTA would at least give us a more physical presence and a goal threat.
