Lived in Peterborough for a couple of years when a kid, my dad still a couple of friends there and has had a couple of long good natured discussions with them trying to convince him that EMC is actually a decent player and can't understand why he hasn't clicked. He's in great form. I never wrote him off but I can't say that I ever raved about him. Players need time to settle. He's going through a purple patch at the moment but is starting to show that he can make it in this league.

Simms can hold it up, isnt offside every 5 mins, is physical with oppo centre backs and is more likely to score from a header with crossess from our 2 wingers. The opposite of Bassette.

I have to say, EMC been good the last 4/5 games and long may it continue. He’s starting to look like a £500K player and he could go on to be a great Championship player.

As soon as Wright drops a few stinkers in a Central position, EMC will be back on the bench.
