Sean Dyche gone from Everton as well. Bonkers! Kept a basket case of a club in the Premier League for the last 2 years.
Dyche does an amazing job with Everton but his brand of football has set most of their fans against him. They are a terrible watch . This has a lot to do with the new owners I think.

If you are going to play ugly you need to win and create goal scoring opportunities ….. They couldn’t win, couldn’t score, had the lowest XG in the league and the fans had turned on him.

He doesn`t get called The Dycheosaurus for nothing.

Nine men behind the ball, no matter who the opposition is, wingers who double as full backs, full backs who rarely cross the half way line, aimless hoofballs to an isolated striker, hoping for a goal from a set play, throwing the players under the bus, having digs at the fans and never taking any responsibility for anything at all.

Two goals in ten games, eight wins in a calendar year and three wins this season so far.

If the last owner hadn`t have been a complete nutter, who only wanted rid of the club, he`d have gone at the end of last season.

A kin to West Ham sacking Moyes. West Ham fans needed a slap for their non-entitled arrogance. Now they are sucking up the reality they deserve

They're a point from safety having scored 15 goals halfway though the season.

It's not like moyes at West ham

Well it is because a lot of Everton fans who called for the sacking of Moyes have regretted it.

West Ham fans are already regretting calling for Moyes to be sacked..

Both clubs have plummeted since they sacked him.

One West Ham fan on the radio the other day "Ill be honest I wanted Moyes gone, I look back now and I am embarrassed how the fans and the club treated him."

Everton fans have said similar on the radio.

There is an old saying, The harder you grasp for something the further you push it away.

Moyes got Everton champions league football and several high finishes in the Premier league , and he won the uefa conference league and got some decent finishes at West ham too .

You can see why both sets of fans miss that

Can't see everton fans pining for dyche

It was more about the Moyes parallel with both clubs.

But it wouldn't surprise me if Everton rue the sacking of Dyche too if they go down this year or next?

They've scored 1 goal from open play in 10 games
He was probably taking them down
No I'm saying it cos someone said he kept them up twice but lampard did it and people say it's part of his past failures

I think dyche should go. He plays same everywhere he goes . He got a big team this time and couldn't change his ways even thought he used to talk about only playing certain way because of resources

But... they brought Dyche in because Lampard was taking them down no? I'm not dicking on lamps here but if memory serves they were cut adrift at the bottom in that second season when Dyche came in and he did a pretty outstanding job getting them out of it. Personally think it is a big risk. I would probably have left it til the end of the season. But then Everton so - not sure I care. ;)

Dyche has kept Everton up with points totals of 39, 36 and 40. In most top flight seasons this is relegation form. How can anybody think that's acceptable really? Who remembers how terrible Cov's escape seasons were? Just depressing as fuck and we usually got >40 points.

Slightly unfair. That 39 points was after 15 points in 21 under lamps - they were on a huge losing streak and bottom of the table. 24 points in the remaining fixtures spread over a season would be 55 points. You've also missed their point deductions for FFP.

Importantly he has kept them up despite difficult conditions and had a way higher PPG than the two guys before him. Not saying he shouldn't have been moved on if the football is awful - just saying it is risky doing it now.

Not the ones I have the misfortune of knowing!
You're right about their arrogance, he did a great job there.

Lampard was awful at Everton , think he won't be very good with us either .

I think their form going back to Jan 24 has them winning something like 4 games. It probably was time for him to go although I'm not sure he could have done any better. Relying on two geriatric full backs in the premier league level is mental.

Edit: It's 8 games.
