Probably the one person who made cricket the game it is today. A great cricketer and super commentator.

CMJ also passed away today. Another terrific commentator. Will miss them both.

Yes but I never really picked up on it until I heard a report on BBC today regarding the death of another commentator CMJ.

I enjoy cricket as a spectator sport more than football and loved his commentary when Sky first took on global cricket in the early 90's. he was a great cricketer I. His own right and dragged cricket into the modern era.
