It’s not being dismissive about relegation.

It’s about watching us week in week out and seeing that we really aren’t that bad.

The only game this season where we were hopelessly outplayed was against Leeds away.

Even Burnley away we were unlucky.

Stats tell us that along with the ‘fuck ups’ teams have been scoring worldies against us and we’ve been missing sitters.

Law of averages says that this can’t happen the whole season.

And it won’t.

Both games against bottom 3 Cardiff we were lucky to get two draws.

Even if the answer to that was no, would that make us “lucky to get a draw”? Stupid question to ask.

There are a lot of things not going well, but no need to constantly pretend things are even worse than they are.
The home game we got a penalty out of nothing to equalise late on. Away we should have been 2 or 3 behind at half time, laboured against 10 men in the second and got bailed out by the keeper late on.

That’s just what happened

Maybe go back and look at the match stats for both of these games.

The stats don’t back up your views at all, it’s just fake negativity. Disappointing and well below expectation is not the same as “deserve nothing”. There’s enough to be frustrated about without pretending things are even worse than they are.

We were outplayed for 70 minutes at Portsmouth. Bring up the possession stats all you like, they were much better than us. We scraped past Hull and Oxford at home.

The words of someone who clearly didn’t watch either game.

Strange isn't it, we struggled a bit against teams below us then hit form as soon as we play teams that are above us in the table. 😁

Right now the bottom 8 teams are really having a hard time, Oxford and QPR that were down there with us have picked up and Blackburn, WBA & Watford above us have lost form. Form and injury problems fluctuate.
