I’ve no idea why so many on here were leaping on the fainting couch when he was linked with us, let alone pretending he had that much of a pedigree as a coach
Think I got carried away because he made Utd look half decent in those few games in charge

Definitely dodged a bullet but their squad is so far off premier league standard no one would keep them up
If that’s the case, how have we dodged a bullet?

Guilty of this myself, but a lot of people got carried away with RVN’s run as interim manager at Man U over a short timeframe.

Take Lampard for example, his first season at Chelsea was seen as an overwhelming success and he had a good 12-18 months before being sacked.

Don't judge him on Leicester they are shit and coming down. It's about sorting the squad out and preparing them for next season.

He’s losing the fans already …. His use of subs being the biggest bug bare after the poor results.

When they are chanting “ you don’t know what you are doing “ after less than 2 months it’s a really dire position.

Lester fans are delusional. They still think they should be on the level they were 9 years ago. Compare the atmosphere at Ipswich today. No booing, heckling or walking out. Lester fans deserve nothing
Full marks to the Dipswich fans for sticking with their team (despite the score) until the final whistle. I've left early on just one occasion in nearly 60 years of supporting City and that was when we were getting a comprehensive 1-5 hiding from Notts County at HR....

To their credit Derby were still drawing strong crowds during their record breaking season, if memory serves.

The players reaction to Cooper getting sacked tells you everything you need to know about their attitude. They have invested next to nothing in trying to stay up and they weren't all that going up last year.

Know a couple of Leicester fans that were delighted to see the back of Cooper. It’s weird as whilst the football wasn’t attractive they were picking up points.

Yea, he'd have had a good crack at keeping them up, now they looked doomed to be relegated.

Twats.
