I just looked at what Trump said, it was something that came up during the election campaign in summer last year, just as I said a political stunt and it would need an amendment to the constitution to enact, in short it never was a serious policy just a typical Trump headline grabber and you're seizing on it as somehow important.
Politicians do that, there are plenty of clips of Starmer pledging support for WASPI women and saying the Tories are going to remove the Pensioner's winter fuel allowance for support then what does he do when in office, promptly removes the winter fuel payment and rejects any compensation for WASPI women.
