2. Is the criteria he's given too data focussed and / or too potential future returns focussed?

We didn't all think it though. Some of us have tried in vain all season to counterbalance the absurd bollux that's posted on here after every defeat. It reaches the point where you just have to sigh and let it go.

I have thought all season we could end up in the top 6 until the Norwich result. Couldn't see it aftthat game. Just too soft. Bit since then we've been a different side.

It could’ve been 4 wins on the bounce with a bit of luck. We didn’t deserve to lose v Norwich and a difficult away draw would’ve been a positive result.

Dovin is a better GK than when he arrived. He has admitted so. Taking him out the side will benefit both him and us for the future. Not only did he need time to settle in but he wasn't confident enough to be heard by the defence and to help organise it.

Dovin's kicking has really come on, he was struggling to get distance early doors but he's brushed up his technique.

Derby performance was the worst for me. They were very poor that day, and we managed to be even worse all over the pitch.
