Any good? I’m thinking of giving it a go for the Ipswich game. What time can you get there for a 3pm kick off? What time does it shut after the game? Is it normally crowded? Thanks.

I'm back in the Uk in April and was thinking of giving it a go for the WBA game .

I’ve heard good things about it, good value for money too if it’s a Cat A game. My GF got me a Mahou experience for the Ipswich game and that’s my first experience in hospitality.

Did it for Boxing Day and have just booked for the Ipswich game. I like it mainly cos my dad can take his scooter up there and still get to his seat and I can actually see the entire pitch properly unlike where we are for the ST because he can’t handle the steps up to the seats.

The food was OK, I’d rather pay less and not have it tbh but nice to have a pint in comfort and go straight to your seat, big screen to watch the game before if there is one, music is OK, player comes in for an interview.

I wouldn’t go if there wasn’t a special offer on mind. £60/ticket is probably the most I’d pay if it wasn’t a special occasion.

Where do you normally sit?

Oh right I was going to suggest something along those lines, I had a few down around Row s or t just behind the disabled seats in 29 I think and it was handy, think the club saves them for people who have issues, not bad either as you've got a readymade shelf, bit tight though to access,

Useful to know thanks all. I want to get my dad to a game who is disabled - problem is trying to book car park A is seemingly impossible as the CBS arena don't email me back! 🤬

I really think this is something the club should allow season ticket holders to upgrade to at a discounted rate in league games.

I would’ve taken my Dad there for his birthday, but when you’re paying full price it’s a lot considering you already have a ticket to the game

I’ve got a season ticket in there - best thing is the view of the match, food is average as is the live music. Decent value at £60 though for Ipswich game.

Is it particularly busy when there’s not an offer on? Curious how much it’s being used.

Yeah, pretty busy most games, although they do alter size of room for the really popular ones (Boxing Day was very busy and much bigger space than normal - food bad though as struggled to cope with numbers).

The wife, parents and I also went there for the Plymouth game. All four of us greatly enjoyed it and agreed we'd definitely do it again. You're very well looked after, there's loads of staff who are all very energetic and helpful. The wife and I are both vegetarian and I did find it a little lacking that there was only one vegetarian option. I was a little concerned about the unreserved tavern seating but honestly the photos do an injustice to it, the room is utterly massive and there's so many tables with proper chairs that there's no chance you'll struggle to find somewhere. The drinks selection is absolutely fine, beer is comparable to the concourses (no Dhillons though). There are two huge screens showing football, but no live feed of the game itself, consistent with the concourse.

There's a pre-match presentation with a current and former player (we got Ben Wilson and Isaac Osbourne) but this is a proper flying visit, both were barely there for ten minutes if that. There's a post-match presentation for the man of the match but they don't tell you exactly when this would be happening and we decided to leave after about 45 minutes.

The view was great as well - right above the dugouts. We also appreciated that we got a free programme and scarf to take home.

The only thing we wouldn't want repeated was the DJ, far too loud and played several songs twice!

All in all, highly recommended and looking forward to the next visit!

Petty question but do hospitality tickets still give points?

Pretty sure they do yes.

As others have said, the experience isn't that great - the food is often rubbish (though haven't done the balcony street bar), and it's a bit function room-y rather than having a premium feel to it, but the pitch view is superb (except for The Mill). And it's a nice change of scenery now and then. Less coked up dickhead around too

in the posh stands? Every time they have a police check down the stadium for drugs it's people in that stand that are caught with it.

We did have a proper piss head in the row in front of us I had to ask to sit down cos my dad couldn’t see and he was acting like it was B15. No issues with other fans other than that tho

We had the opposite experience; I was joining in the songs and yelling stuff, and kept getting funny looks from the others. I think they were guests of Ben Wilson's because he waved at them when he did his presentation

I’ll join in songs. Just not stand up on my own shouting songs and swaying when no one else in the ground is

Never again . No atmosphere and so called fans sitting on their hands not joining in the singing, it’s like a morgue. A couple told their kid to pipe down and watch the game . He never jumped up to celebrate when we score. Toffee nosed pricks up there who think they’re above everyone.

Well technically they are above everyone on the balcony.

Not that I’m bothered as I don’t really go away but still not had any points assigned for the purchase either.

That’s a but naughty of them. Perhaps they think you are a member of Leamington Supporters Club or a good friend of Julian Grey so will get away tickets that way.

Was the hospitality experience any good?

Edit - I can see you have already described it in a positive manner.
