I'm convinced, based on what I've heard and DMs received that Carr was not a Robins appointment.
Not going to get in to the argument over that again if people don't believe it fair enough but it's a really good sign if so.

It show Lampard is putting his mark on every part of the club and that appointments will be his and his alone, which is the way it should be.

Succeed or fail, it should be on his terms.

Think people dislike him and Carr because they see them as at fault for Robins going!
2bf - Collins has been a car crash, and at best our keepers have not been consistent since he’s been here.

wasn’t he coaching the defence this season?

Dovin looks like he was a confidence issue rather than a technical issue

I'm convinced he was a Mark Robins approved appointment from conversations and DMs I've had

Good luck to him, seems a decent bloke.

Will be remembered for the second half at Sunderland which was brilliant.

More anti-King nonsense?
Not anti-King at all, just going on what he said at the fans forum after Robins was sacked. We all knew the coaching staff weren’t the best but King made out they were great coaches

Are we just naming ex-Chelsea players we want as coaches now? Can we get Frank Leboeuf? What's Dan Petrescu up to?

Why do people think he'll be replaced?
Hasnt Lampard had a team of just Jones and Edwards before?

This suggests it:

Following Frank Lampard’s appointment as Head Coach, Rhys returned to his position as first-team coach however the Club and Rhys have now mutually decided to part ways as Lampard continues to develop the Sky Blues’ coaching set-up.

Wish the guy the best. Not devastated he’s gone, but worth noting he held us together in a rocky patch. This really allows Lampard to stamp his mark now. No pun intended….actually pun intended.
