Btw , irrespective of the fact he makes a misplaced progressive pass on occasion , Thomas is superb at defending and so is kitching (I take no responsibility for the impending mistake )

This. That misplaced pass to Allen was a fantastic idea and executed well, it just happened at the wrong time for Allen as he was on his heels and not expecting it!

Wonder if that's what lati was referring to when he said about doing the basics that kids learn. If in doubt we aren't fucking about, it's foot through it and clear.

Decent half, you can't play football on that plough field of a pitch. Fair play to BTA that was some strike, and a decent assist although the pace he hit it looked more like a bad shot that turned into a cross.

He's got a long way to change my mind about him, his general play is pretty poor.

The midfield have battled well, and the defense has looked ok. Swansea look like a shadow of the side we played earlier in the season.

What does BTA have to do to change your mind? What if I told you he also seems like a really great guy?

Swansea look absolutely pap compared with all of the other times I’ve seen them.

I thought he was useless and wanted him sold, I’m happy that I’m being proved wrong he’s been class the last few games

Yeh I like him tbf. My head fell off with him after Norwich but I always admired his workrate even though I thought he was a bit duff. He's actually looks effective atm though, even outside of his goals he's a nuisance. So fair play BTA.

Exactly. Numbers aren't lying.

Still not sure about him when we are fighting for our lives though when he gives it away so much.

Same. His deficiencies are obvious and he probably is more aware of them than we are.

Doesn’t mean he can’t be a useful player.

I’ve always rated him and called him starting up top scores more than Bassette. Welcome aboard
Bassette isn’t good enough yet, he’s too young and needs a season loan to league 1 or 2 next season. Our fans love him because he winks and runs around a lot.

He’d benefit a lot from scoring lots of goals next season on a loan
