I am particularly looking forward to this match now.

It is my 70th birthday today and my wife has treated me to a hospitality package for Saturday: posh seats, a meal, drinks and meet a player before and after the game.

I have only been treated like this once before. It was in the late 1990s at Highfield Road and I had a decent chat with Roland Nilsson, who was one of my favourite players of that era.

We absolutely have to win now, otherwise it will take the gloss off my special day.

I now predict 2-0 to us.

😊

Only really had one good season. I know it feels like every season is his good season when he plays us, but only 20 goals in the last 2.5 years.
I think he's good tbf. We don't need him in all honesty but he'll be good pickup for someone if he decides to leave, which he probably will as playing for Preston must be fucking boring.

Watched them against Millwall, horrible side to watch bang it in the box and react to 2nd balls. If we sit deep they will hurt us because fair play to them they are good at it. We need to push up hold a high line and be physically match them all over the pitch. Got some tidy players but i got to admit i cant stand the club, never have so i hope we put this bogey team packing with nothing.

Absolutely love it if Tatsu nets a winner..

Welcome to the 'oldies' club!! We should have a special section for us, especially for putting up with years of dross and disappointment,
with very comfy seats and headrests and an optional massage, near to the bar and closer to the toilets! hahahaha

I wonder what the tally of games is for the many oldies on here over the years??

A bit more confident about beating this lot than usual. They've been the same as us and playing 2 games a week but this week we've had a little rest.

They normally have a lot of possession and a lot of shots but the crowd are normally in more danger than the goal. Going 2-1 to us.

Thank you kind sirs for your good wishes.

I have to keep going at least for as long as it takes for me to see the Sky Blues play their first season back in the Premier league 😊

Article in FLW quoting Chris Deez, a City fan, about who Haji Wright will replace when returning.

Thomas-Asante is sort of going back to the inconsistent form which we saw from him in the first place. He has gone four games without scoring now.

"We have played Burnley and Leeds in those four games, so fair enough - Burnley don’t concede goals and Leeds don’t concede many either - but there is something about Thomas-Asante that doesn’t click for me.

Anybody else remember the Burnley game? I know they're boring, but.........?!

I stay at Edwin’s Lusianas next to the Goa Village. Loads of Russians on the beach at Win-Wins . If your staying at that end then go to Mikes beach shack, no Russians . I’m staying at Titos Orange Sky beach huts here in Agonda and not seen any Russians which is brilliant
