In fairness, the initial reaction from a few was that it was a serious injury. I don't think it's unreasonable to point out that it's unlikely that he's ruptured his Achilles if he's walking around.

I've seen a few go in my time, it's a classic old boy injury - you don't generally walk around afterwards trying to loosen them off, let alone run on them.

He gave a foul when emc tried to over head kick and made no contact

Be interesting to see that yet again as I thought EMC was moving towards their goal. His foot was up to try and flick the goal over their keeper who then wiped EMC out. An overhead kick as such would have been a clearance.

Just seen it again, I still think it as as above so it could have been viewed as dangerous play by EMC before he got clattered by their goalie.

Would a free kick have been awarded for that in the centre circle? Im not convinced considering some of the stuff people seem to get away with.
