Best performance of the season. Aside from his goals, Wright's best performance in a Sky Blue shirt. Well done Lampard for sticking with him after Derby, as I wouldn't have.
Jamie Allen gives us the intensity we sometimes miss.
Mason-Clark was much better defensively today, helping us look less vulnerable down that side.

they have. But we were horrendous Tuesday night. However the reaction we got today was tremendous. Lampard got it right today

I expected a lot more from the Mackems, but they put up no fight whatsoever and were really poor.

Good way to end this period before the International break.

Haji MOTM, but Jamie Allen was also very close to MOTM, he was everywhere in that midfield.

A tough run coming up, but lots of positives!

Imagine getting hammered and then having to drive home and then when you get there you’re in Sunderland. Miserable existence.

All of them quality today, Allen was fantastic was everywhere, Grimes looks class and Torp had a quality game, Wright back with a bang! I'm not DaSilva's biggest fan but he was quality today.

Sunderland looked aweful, we were slicker and more hungrier, we had a proper swagger about us today, thanks to Bristol keeping 5th warm over night
