Well, it is to be fair. Daily Mail would be all over it.
Let's not make this political anyway.

I'm sure the people who claim to know the accused can tell us, but who's to say what race the prick was?

Doesn't matter. A racist is a racist.

So this was against a black person for sure was it?

Who said anything about this case? Racism at football is a big story so EVERY allegation is high profile but how many are actually found guilty after arrest. My point is, plenty of white people over the years have been murdered in a race crime but no press coverage was shown because its a 'news story' it's a fact of the way our press work. End of the day there's good and bad in races, religions etc... But equality seems to be doing a full circle.

Take for example. The fella in question called someone a yid. Does that make him a racist? When the Tottenham fans openly call themselves yids?

I'm not really able to answer that mate. It's not a 'phrase' I'd be banding about to be honest.

A good test would be to find 3 if the biggest Jewish blokes you can and say it to them. That's the best barometer for this sort of thing. If you think you'd end up with a broken nose, there's the answer.

/sarcasm but also serious

True racism is when someone is discriminated against, ie not given a job, beaten up, treated differently by the state.

Calling someone a name should not be a criminal offense. How many "racists" have ever been arrested for mocking someone with ginger hair?

Name calling is just rude, nothing more, nothing less. If we start deciding what can & can't be said then we will become a police state. Society should state what is acceptable to say, not the law.

So you want the game Saturday? Over 3,000 Tottenham fans sing were Tottenham Hotspur will sing what we want! Then proceeded to sing yid army!

Now it's ok for themselves to call them yids but if we say it, it's racist. Common sense goes out the window eh mate.

As for 3 Jewish blokes. I kick the c-unit in the bollocks. Don't matter how big they are, go down eh. Just hope It wouldn't be called a racist attack.

Didn't realise you we're a double hard machine. As you were.

Not double. Treble hard bastard me. But back to the thread. let's see what was said first. Take the clattenberg incident last year. He was accused but not found guilty.

Wonder if the black society of lawyers will get involved. The biggest group of racists out there with BNP.

So it should be acceptable by law to call people anything you want?

I take it you have never been with anyone when racial insults or even attacks have happened to them.

Again, 'Society of Black Lawyers' only in name. Anyone can techinically become a member or contributor. Where as initially the BNP was exclusive, and their leading member didn't think I (mixed race people) should exist. Slightly different.

As for Clattenburg, false accusations should be punished. Simple as that, it was bang out of order.

Anyway, I think I know your sort. So I'm out.

Only in the name? So why call themselves black society of lawyers if its open to everyone?

As for my 'sort' because I don't agree with you I'm a 'sort' haha makes me laugh that. Because I have a different opinion to you. Priceless. Narrow minded at the highest degree

Not at all, 'sort' meaning having an agenda without any facts. Asking spurious questions that don't really have a set answer to try and swing things in your direction.
Steaming in with unfounded rubbish. As proven with your assumption about different opinions!
I don't care if you have different opinions to me.

As for the black lawyers question. feck knows. I read it on their site when it was in the news a few months ago.

Edit: Also 'sort' meaning Bertie big bollocks windmilling in before thinking

Yes, he has. We've had these threads before and he's always complained about "us poor whites" never getting a fair deal. I remember a sentence even starting "I'm not a racist but..."

cus wyken has always been pro bnp IIRC

I wouldn't bother trying to explain yourself, Hill. He is "the sort" and we know it.

Seems like the modern day fashion for intimidating anyone with an unfashionable opinion by putting a label on them is at work here

Problem is, it isn't just a problem in football, but it is still a genuine problem in society today. There are still antagonisms and negative stereotypes between ethnicities that need to be ousted, through proper, real education.

Look at the BNP, 500+k votes, UKIP (closet racists IMO) nearly 1m. The embarrassment of the EDL's existence, and their hypocrisy shames our society.

UKIP racist? Have a day off

Pro BNP hahaha what because i don't get brainwashed by left wing media? So if i dont agree with certain race issues im BNP, again narrow mindless at its best

Torch - get off the bandwagon, nothing to see here. Stick to stamping books you socialist, left-wing SISU, Andy Thorn loving know-it all.

You utter fool. How are UKIP racists? Because they believe immigration is too high? I'd say ALOT of people would agree, that's not racist it's a fact that we fork out billions to immigrants on a yearly basis. Far too much.

As for Saturday, be interesting to hear what was said. A whole stand of Tottenham fans singing yid army was ok. A coventry fan calling someone a yid gets nicked.

Two sides to everystory before people jump on the bandwagon. Innocent till proven guilty eh.

Have you not seen their policies? Euro specifics, as well as racists, they want to leave the EU to restrict the chances of 'freedom of movement' to all Europeans. There's other ways to reduce emigration which isn't restricting people's of a nation e.g. Poland. Also, a poll was conducted, 60% of UKIP voters are more concerned with immigration that leaving the EU. You're one of those people who are easy to divide and rule.

It's the same as some of the Black community address one another to the 'n' word, but if someone was to call them that word, they'd get ready for a fight, I don't agree with with double, but it happens. Also, I don't thing Spurs fans using 'yid' is said in an offensive way, whereas the CCFC fan may have used it in an offensive way.

All i can say in response to this, if you call me an english c*nt, I won't be bothered and will probably laugh. But black c*nt? You are in for trouble.
It is different and trying to suggest otherwise is wrong.

As for all the other chants? I don't sing any of them as I have respect for people.
Add to that of the 5 mates I go up with, one is Welsh, one is half french and one is Irish.

Always been a strain of racism at Cov games, remember a game at The Ricoh in the CET when some fat skinhead was going to have himself an embolism at John, "lazy black c**t" one of the most common up from his seat shouting.

Went even more red with rage when John scored an equaliser, would rather we hadn't scored than John score.

Did quieten down a bit though.
