Bidwell has had a shocker, every time they have attacked that side he has left that area and backed away into the middle leaving them free, I know I have read on here that our left and right back are told to do that but when EMC is no where near to cover he has to stay out there surely

That's the difference. Playing nicely, but not looking brave enough to go for the throat. Sheff Utd are doing that ( not sure how much that is to do with our defending) We shouldn't be losing this 3-0 based on the balance of play, but it's at the business end of the pitch where we've lost out tonight.

We were playing nicely because Sheff Utd allowed us to do so. We were no threat and they could just off and stay solid at the back. Nearly every cross we have tried to make have been blocked or cleared quite easily.
