Mve shocker.
Everybody else was terrible.

Made changes and the subs were even worse.

Wouldnt even give anyone above a 4.

Players for the majority struggle with a physical battle. Set up wrong with Allen in midfield imo.

Simms wasn't worse than mve.
MVE has done well to keep up his performances ( until today ) till now, mistake for the goal yes, but could pass and control a football to one of his team mates , Simms cant even do that. Him and Collins are stealing a living as professional footballers

Make no mistake, some on that pitch had arguably their worst game for us.

Bidwell, Simms, Collins, MVE are examples of horror shows.

At least Haji scored but fuck me he was pathetic besides that.

Grimes when we are chasing a game is really poor.

Collins - 3 Distribution is good but at fault for the goals. No escape from that as a goalkeeper.

MVE - 4. Not used to being challenged, especially with pace, as Bundu did, and he no answer to it.

Lati- 4 Out muscled and out fought

Kitching- 5 Thought he did okay. Seemed up for competing but couldn’t carry everyone else at the back

Bidwell - 3. Too slow and one cross apart (I think) offered no threat going forward

Allen - 4. No lack of effort but didn’t have the presence today

Grimes - 5. He gets and keeps possession of the ball but nothing positive happened from it. Just one side to the other most of the time when we needed to get it forward quickly. We weren’t protecting a lead, we were losing!

Saka - 2. Very poor. I’d forgotten he was still on the pitch until he had that kick out at their player on the touch line

Rudi - 5 He never stopped trying but the quality we’ve come to expect from him wasn’t there. Lots of opportunities to cross the ball weren’t taken

Haji - 4. He scored but very poor, epitomized by falling over his own feet and that weak shot in the second half. Defeated body language too early in the game

Simms - 3. Poor as Haji without the plus of scoring

Subs - Da Silva looked like he wanted to change things so credit to him for that. The others didn’t affect the game at all

Struggling to see what role Saka plays... comes in & lets Rudoni play on the right.

Obviously team orders, but he has looked lost for a while now.

I’d be going with 1 for Collins. His job is to stop goals which he singularly fails to do.
4,for Simms, Lati, MVE and Bidwell and 5 for the rest.

Milan didn't put a single cross in and was at fault for 2 of the 3 goals. He was worse than Bidwell today.

Not even worth the energy rating the players after that sadly, top to bottom terrible. Will say a few things:

- If I was looking for any positives, Lati and Kitching were the most progressive people on the pitch. Lati with some wonderful long ball distribution and Kitching trying to run forward a lot.

- Maybe a bit controversial at least for the former, but if we can get our money back and then some on Wright and Simms in summer I'd probably take it. I love both of them when they're on it. But Wright is feeling "all talent-no fight", and Simms is "all fight-low talent". Combined nowhere near clinical enough on a consistent basis.

- If we don't find decent cover/competition for Dovin, we are destined for yet another "Coventry City slow start to the season".

That wasn’t Collins worst game he’s crap in nearly all games he plays in, the bloke should never of ever become a professional goalkeeper he simply isn’t good enough he’s stealing a living .

Based on what I saw.

Collins - 2. Shambolic

MVE - 3. Very poor today but has been o/s all season
Bidwell - 3. Very poor
Lati/Kitching - both 5’s. Battled

Grimes - 5. Far too deep whole game
Allen - 4. Ineffective, offered little
Rudoni - 5. Nothing came off

Saka - 2. Wore his cloak of invisibility well today
Simms - 3. No service and what little he got he didn’t do anything with
Wright - 2. Waste of the shirt today. Not even the tap in redeems that woeful showing

subs: only JDS had any positive impact

FL. Didn’t read the script today. Easy in hindsight. Patterns didnt create any overlaps/overloads or space in behind. Too slow and ponderous of movement, nobody trying to beat their man and bring them out of their very low block.

hats off to Plymouth who followed their game plan to the letter and got a thoroughly deserved victory.

PS: definitely a red card in my view.

Only caught part of FL post match but I’m sensing/expecting they will be getting a rocket and a few changes for Luton.
