Not getting the same hourly rate increase as minimum wage workers, meaning I’m closer now to minimum wage for the second year on the trott. With any luck, in a few years time, I will be there! Fucking greedy cunts at the top of the pyramid.

When you have a look through jobs and they don't put a salary.
But if they did that they'd have to pay every person in that role the same rate rather than hope they can get someone to accept the job for a few grand less.

Same reason so many companies make a big deal of 'you must not discuss salary', never used to be an issue when everyone knew they were on the same pay scale.

A few years ago I jointly running a department and they decided that they wanted me to run it, at pay review time my bosses said we will do the rises, I refused and said I wanted to do them and surprise surprise the person who was now reporting to me was earning considerably more than me.
