He'll be man of the match on Saturday, enabling us to compete in the play offs. The money earned from said playoffs can be used to sign his replacement, keep a couple of quid to one side for his bus fare back to Barnsley.
Thanks for your service Bradley Ray Collins, stick to writing country music and stop cutting your own hair.

I am very very sure we would all chip in to pay for a taxi back to Barnsley...get him away quicker

Burge was another like Wilson who has given some immensely proud moments won individual accolades and gets his name consistently smeared on here. Even on this thread, Collins who has literally given us nothing is still defended by some who have a pop at Burge and/or Wilson. We know both are limited in their own ways, but not the level of derision in which they're often mentioned.
Burge and Collins are both garbage. There’s nothing else to say. You don’t have to defend one or the other.

I started watching city in 1966 and seen numerous keepers from Bill Glazier through to now.
I remember Raddy A being dropped for the season by Bobby Gould for dropping a few clangers, but Collins has made far more mistakes and yet retained his place.
IMO Collins is by far the worst keeper in my lifetime of supporting city.
Neil Ramsbottom..Les Sealey.. Ramsbottom unlucky, as Glazier was superb and Les, rip

just had a quick look, in the games since Sheff Utd, where he came on as sub, Collins has cost us 11 Points!........................11 fucking points.

have a look and see where we would have been with those.

I’d look at signing Ivor Pandur, has some great stats for a team down the bottom. If they go down he’d be keen to leave. Realistically Dovin will be back in training around December, then need time to get back to his best. Unfortunate but it’s nearly a season out.
Looks a very good keeper, if Hull go down we will have a good chance of signing him. Probably cost £2-3M though.

Even if Hull escape the drop I can't see him remaining there, I can see him being snapped up by a top club.

A lot ov people said Viktor Johansson of Stoke was good and that we should have signed him last summer. Either he has a habit of joining poor teams around or there's something we are missing

Goalkeeper, centre half, centre mid, centre forward, get those sorted and your on the way, i dont think we convinced grimes to come here by telling him he’ll be in a team of average players, reckon they’ll be some real quality coming in the summer, look at who Lampard got in at derby

Just can’t see us signing another decent keeper on a permanent deal when the likelihood is Dovin will be back in sticks next year. Admittedly, we don’t know if he will come back the same, but a loan deal far more likely IMO.
They say with his injury he might not be back till Xmas or after , so a new keeper is a must

I mentioned before on here about signing Gunn, top goalkeeper in this league installs confidence in his defence, good shot stopper and commands his area well, Pandur from Hull is a good keeper too.
Looking at this seasons Opta stats, Gunn has the 2nd worst ‘goals prevented’ at -4.1. There’s only one worse GK but I’ll let your imagination guess who that is… cough Brad cough Collins

Yes but a loan with a view to Dovin coming back as #1 makes the most sense for me. It’s a bit of a risk having another first choice keeper commanding a more than decent wage who may be benched by the end of the season. Also doubt they’d be interested in a 1 year deal.
