Is this better then you're version Chris?

He went to prison now he's out,
Marlon Marlon,
he came to cov and now we shout,
Marlon Marlon,
he did his time he paid his fine and now he's scoring all the time,
Marlon king coventry's number 9,

nananananana

don't you think

he's been inside, but now hes out.... sing's a little better than...

He went to prison now he's out... plus we don't have to say prison, it's a bit nagative.

Sorry I don't mean for all this late night constructive criticism, your song creation was genius!

I wish we could come up with something really original. My mate supports Liverpool and he says all we do is copy songs off others or just du du du (insert name here).

They don't need this song anymore and I don't see any other club's singing this for their player's. :thinking about:

Would be class if this get's going Saturday.

Tell your mate to stick his fingers up his star and fook off. Scouse prick.

I do on a regular basis but thanks for the advice, he is not even from Liverpool and had a season ticket with me at Highfield Road. Says he has a soft spot for us but I tell him to fuck off, if he wants to support us then do it where it matters the most by putting his hand in his pocket.

Anyway, love the song and will try and sing along on Saturday

That was me and a mate of mine i think, it was definatly us that were spreading it. It was:

He went to prison now he's out,
marlon marlon,
he came to cov and now we shout,
marlon marlon,
he did his time he paid his fine and now he scores goals all the time,
marlon king coventry's number 9,
nananananana

I remember this the first time round...no offence but your version doesnt fit chris!!
Change last but one lline to "now he's scoring all the time" Marlon marlon coventry's number 9.
It will roll better, quality song though if you can get it sung :guitar2:

Errr I'm not surprised!

Having a go at Torres is fair enough, but referring to Hilsborough, whoever you feel was to blame is completely off limits (especialy today - the anniversary). So many innocents died there and were part of the football community. I don't like Liverpool, I never have, not least because they cost us a shot at Europe, but mocking that is pretty low.

Apologies, didn't know it was the anniversary. It's only in jest and used as football banter. He sings one about the busby babes too. I know two wrongs don't make a right though and I'm sorry if I caused any offense.

Can we get back to Marlon?

Don't worry mate, no need to apologise I'm not offended, just not something I would do - especially to a Liverpool fan. No worries.

Kate Middleton’s a slapper
She likes it in her ring
But William’s only a prince
Marlon’s a real King
