Leave the bloke alone at least he goes home and away and loves the club, he is untitled to his views and makes good radio and that's why they have him on

Can't stand juggy! He never shuts up during games either. Hes a clown that puts on a show for his friends (or at least the chaps who sit near him)

I have never met him so he might well be a nice bloke but just gets passionate and loses it!

Why is that?

Because his comments are generally based on a game he's just watched. Majority of people who listen to the game on the radio will be the ones slagging him off. Generally these people would not have attended. I'd certainly rather hear comments of someone walking out the ground than someone who's sat in an armchair

I don't understand some of you lot. Juggy always seems to be well informed and quite rational in his thoughts following a game. I always enjoy hearing his comments.

Also... If your not wanting his view... Most radios have an on/off button.

I think he tells it how it is. He's far better than the morons who ring up just to get on the radio and when they get on don't know what to say. That's what pisses me off. You end up with eakin asking the caller questions.

That's right, LBB was always going on about what firms we need to be careful with etc, if that's Juggy then that is sad.

Sometimes the bloke makes valid points, but tonight he made no sense.

Juggy's no mug. and I agree with his sentiment, and I agree with Nigel too, its enough to make a grown man blubber, never, in over fifty years have I seen such an unsavoury state of affairs at a football club, its a disgrace to the name of CCFC, what I can't understand, is that some people are blaming the council, What part of the original contract have they Broken, search Me, i'm stumped, while SISU/CCFC have continually defaulted on the rent, Failed to submit their accounts on time, have been under numerous transfer embargos, Failed to sign players at vital times, lost the best manager we've had in recent years, sold our better players for any offer that comes in.
In contrast ACL/Council have made an offer to slash the rent by two thirds, offer revenue from catering drinks etc.
this offer had apparently been agreed after many hours of hard bargaining, only to be veto'd by the Testosterone charged ms Sepella.
It is clear that it is SISU and SISU alone who have bought our club into disrepute and the shambolic mess we see today, they want to play in the Ricoh, but for free, they want to buy the stadium, but without handing over any cash. So please lay off the council, without them the Ricoh would never have been built, and to be honest, they could have pushed for the back rent months ago, but they have given SISU/CCFC more time than they deserved, only to have it thrown back in their faces, I would urge the Council to stand firm in the face of intensive Threat and blackmail.
the offer you have made is more than generous.

Also known as Cheever "Torchy me ol mucker" .There are a few on here who have multiple personalities but I find him coherent in his match /club analysis on CWR most of the time ,and IIRC i'd trust him to teach my kids English.

But without ccfc there wouldn't be a stadium either, in fact it would still have gas towers and a shithole surrounding area. Do you really think our council had the ideas and capability of that kind of re-generation, not a chance ! Did the council foot the bill for all the planning and decontamination of the area ( which totalled many millions) no !They can't even do their own job right let alone run a project like running a stadium.
Basically what they did from the start is hold out the hand of friendship to our club then screw it into the ground . Custodians is all they were supposed to be, not owners .
ccc should be thanking our club, not ripping it off to fill the coffers ( money to spend on local services my arse )

Now I agree with you there, I would value his opinion of a game he has attended over somebody who listened on the radio.

However if he is talking about off the field matters then no, I would only take the clubs / ACL/ Higgs opinions on board, then its probably somewhere near the middle of that lot.

Yes, he was. And cheever. He used to post with one account and then agree with himself on the other. :jerkit:

The biggest tosspot I've ever had the "pleasure" to encounter on ANY forum.

Isnt he leamington boot boy on forums?

What makes his comments on here or any forum, for that matter...any less important than anyone elses, just because his opinions may differ?

No, it's not only SISU at fault. The Council, Higgs, ACL don't come out of this very well either. When we sold HR we had the dosh to own the Arena. We got into trouble - thanks to BR - and rather than staying where we were we stupidly pushed through and asked the Council to help us out. And how did the Council help us? They helped us by pegging the rent at an unsustainable level. And what does that say about the Council, Higgs and ACL? It shows they took advantage of the club when we were down and on our knees and that is why I never fall for the "poor old council" and "poor old charity" line that some like to bore us with on here.

Bottom line is the Club were desperate at the time and the Council made the most of it. That's why were are here at this point in time. Neither side have handled themselves with any credit. However, I will back SISU/Coventry City 100 times out of a 100 compared to those idiots at the Council, Higgs and ACL. Geoffrey Robinson was right.

We are now where we are and reading stuff like yours stating that SISU are 100% to blame is inaccurate and blatantly untrue. But, I've noticed that a lot of people on here find it easier to support ACL than their club.
