Tim's or Peter's

Also what did you think about Tim's answer when Shane was pressing him on whether this getting sorted makes a difference or not to the future of the football club.

Neither. Don't believe either.

Have you listened to both Otis.
Peter seemed very genuine to me

If you have listened what do you make if the bit where Tim is pressed on does this really make a difference to the future of the club?

Not so far up as sky blue John though. He's gone so far he's nearly falling out of the other side.

And that's what is most important between these two squabbling groups of morons, the Football Club, its employees, its players, the community and the people who care about it most the fans, ACL and CCC couldn't give two hoots

Absolute rubbish. They have a court sanctioned winding up order. Why don't they execute it?

Because as long as CCFC are still playing week in week out they are still getting revenue from it..

Grendel you seem to be of the opinion that SISU's will always have CCFC's best interest at heart, most of the time they will as what is good for the club should also suit their interest, but their key interest is getting their money back for their investors after their shambolic management of CCFC.

If SISU could sell 10 year season tickets, pocket the cash and then put the club into admin having recouped a large part of their investment they would, its not personal its business, they have no reputation to manage, no local connections to Cov, they are holding on to the club as a vehicle to recoup their losses not for any desire to make this a good club again.

I agree with 99% of what you just said but when you listen to Peter's interview you don't think he gives a damn about our club.
Or the chief executive of Coventry City Council.

Where as Tim needs a bonus. I just am not sure what will get him that bonus and whether it will benefit the club.

I wish I knew if this was what you genuinely believe. Or if you just love the debate.

It's what I believe as his job is to improve the financial standing of the club for its owners. The other guy by definition has zero interest in the club as its not his primary function.

What debate?!? He never debates.

He's obviously just one of those people who enjoy the sport of winding up people on internet forums. If he was to ever meet any of those he belittles in "real-life" he'd probably be completely different and quite contrite..at least one assumes so. He won't have too many friends IRL if he treats them how he treats people on here!

I am not sure it's all about his bonus, I thought his bonus was dependant on if he hit the goals set in the three year plan?

'Contracts are there to be broken.'

Sorry Grendel, but your credibility on off field matters was eliminated with this (amongst others) statement.

I am well behind the club I support but not behind the owners over the way they have conducted their business recently.
Untrustworthy, unprofessional and embarrassing.

Go in the club shop and ask. They know everything in there.

Well for what its worth.
ACL are shafting us, the rent is way to high and we should be able to have the additional income streams.
That said, lower rent and additional income streams will not make us profitable.
We need to own the stadium 100%. and its the Council who are preventing this from happening by refusing to sell to SISU. Even if the turned round and said ok we changed our mind you can buy the stadium, they would probably seek an outrageous price.
SISU have made huge mistakes since they took over. They bullied people into giving away their shares. They have refused to pay rent and tried to take ACL down and this has backfired. Last season we got relegated, King, Westwood, Gunner, Juke, Turner all went and we fielde too many kids which gave us little chance of staying up. This was SISU's fault.
So both are at fault and I am not taking sides with either.
The solution as I see it is that a fair price is agreed on owning the Ricoh outright, or we build our own stadium.

Bloody hell pot calling the kettle or what. You must be nearly back in Shitsu's gutt

Wrong I am highly critical of SISU you confuse SISU with the football club. My stance is clear - my primary interest is to continue to watch the team on Saturdays at 3 pm -- I have no interest in the effect on the Council or ACL.

Fair enough so you don't like the way they conduct there business, but at the end of the day you only see what you see in the press, maybe thats not the whole truth, maybe its twisted or a tatic from ACL to apply pubic pressure on a group that can't scream and shout about having a massive backing in regards to there history running the club, what I am trying to say is until ALL the facts are out there maybe you should be supportive of the fact that SISU are still pumping money into the club, while getting nothing back.. The saying is "We are Strong, We are Proud, We are Coventry, TOGETHER, We will rise again.."
