The only answr Grendel. Acl and CCC will not negotiate with them anymore and although they are the only ones who appear willing to run the club we have to take our chances in admin that someone else will step up. Mr mutton thinks there are people and expects to play in Ricoh next season

i personally agree with this. the fans have had enough of it. empty threats and promises thrown across the back pages. they are playing Russian roulette with OUR club. if SISU are not interested in this club, then go. go now and put an end to this mess

Maybe optimistic, but they have funded the business this long, they have kept it going so lets support them. Where's the faith???

How about we just cut them some slack. They have been very patient and just want the business to succeed.

Hmm, new poster joined in Feb 2013, constant defending of SISU... I smell something Fishery!

Also been said recently that ACL/Council like the funding stream, however little, they get from Ricoh. Do they're not looking to sell to anybody. SISU or the imaginary Asian billionaires you crave.

One quick question, if SISU go like you wish, who pays the players? Bills? Etc.....

Are we having a whip round? I might count my pennies jar now if that's the case.

Yeah, paying the bills, like SISU are so good at...

Aside from the rent, which is in dispute, do enlighten us on other unpaid bills......

The rent doesn't count then?

I agree with what a previous poster said. Once playoffs are definitely not a possibility, I think we will be put into admin. SISU cannot afford to continue. It comes down to a deal that is NOT going to be done with ACL. Without this they will not see the end of the embargo and hence no way forward with them as owners. If we went up they might have a chance of breaking even. I think an ugly end to this season is in sight. If it means the end of SISU then I'm happy. 10 pt deduction now or even at the start of next season and move forward.

Is that what I said? No. I said in Dispute.

So...... Since you said 'bills' being plural... Continue...

Sorry, a court of law has adjudged that SISU have to pay. So, they aren't paying bills. End of.

Who's paying for stewarding, policing, transport, kit, shop merchandise, ticketing, advertising, staff wages, players wages, printing programmes..... To name a few.

Now back to my original question, if SISU leave, who pays this???

I'm not disputing the rent, never have.... bill'S'.... ?????

Remind me to tell my landlord that...

Yes, because a domestic tenancy agreement is just like the Ricoh rent row

Don't pay your rent and your landlord will evict you and move in a new tenant.

Remind me, which other league football club is queuing up to play at the Ricoh? It is a unique situation, and it is a business arrangement SISU do not think is fair, so they are disputing it.

SISU's record of paying the bills is actually quite good. HMRC are not breathing down our necks and we have no external creditors. More than a lot of indebted football clubs can say.

and maybe, just maybe, they see that the current situation will just keep haemorrhaging money... Maybe they are taking extreme action to avoid a worse fate in time.

Doncaster Council saw the bigger picture, Coventry Council/ ACL are using the club for revenue
