If not Cody McDonald it has to be Ball, Wilson or Philliskirk.

Therefore you have to go with McDonald surely. A raw academy player or a guy who has hardly scored a goal in his entire career or ball who has looked well short of what is required.

Has to be McDonald.

Only other option is to put Sheff up front.

I would rather play a blind man with his dog upfront then Sheffers

If cody doesn't start, I expect that's his time with us over..still believe he would have 20 goals by now if he had played all season but for some reason he hasn't had a chance

Not a chance.

Tbh if sheffers plays ..he might as well be up front cos he sure as hell doesn't offer anything on the wing.

I would suggest those reasons are McGoldrick and Clarke....

gonna get shot down, but didnt sheffers put the cross in for Clarke on saturday?

WYKEN let me tell you the story of Sheffers game on Saturday that cross he supplied for Clarke to score was the best thing..

Before that however are there are no words to desrcibe for how useless he was

'young Cody'? He is hardly young for a footballer and he is the same age as Clarke.

Except that Leon Clarke is two years older than Cody??

Not everything is meant in literal terms. Read it more as Ben Kenobi talking to the worst Jedi in the series.

There's more than a year between them incidentally, Clarke's 28 and McDonald's still 26.

I would trust the judgement of professional managers over the judgement of CCFC fans. The only people who have claimed he would be League 1 top scorer are Andy Thorn and Cody's fanboys.

The double standards with him are hilarious.

My mistake.

If only young Cody had been given starts, he would be top scorer and we would be in the top 2.

I wonder what gloves he will wear tomorrow? I wonder what hairstyle he will choose?
