There was a 14million loan that Acl pay off to the counsel.

God it's been depressing just lately.

We can but only try and keep smiling I suppose.

the only loan was owed by ACL to Yorkshire bank however the council paid it off when ACL got into financial difficulty so ACL now owe the money to the council but over a longer period and at a low rate of intrest
