Hopefully not until after the end of march. Would like our season to be decided on the pitch not off it. Surely everyone would agree on that.

Was going to ask exactly the same thing.

Can Sisu ask for a delay in proceedings or does a decision have to be made Friday.

If it is decided upon a 10 point deduction now, this season, I can see that really deflating the team completely and us losing at Pompey on Saturday.

If there was to be a delay or a resolution come Friday then of course Saturday could see us in the top 6 for the first time.

Decisions, decisions!!

I personally don't think it will be all done and dusted Friday.
It's going to drag on.

If we are to go into admin, then I hope it's in time for the points to be deducted this season.

But I'm crossing everything that we don't go into admin.

There can be a delay assuming that sisu offer a defence that the non payment is not due to lack of funds. I can't believe they will just roll over.

SISU have every right to appeal any decision made in the court...

This will drag on I reckon.

I think it is in SISU's interest to drag it out

At the moment it is surely in the club's interest to drag it all out!

While the play-offs are still on the best scenario other than Sisu stumping up the 1.3m is for it to be dragged out further.

What happens on the pitch could well very much influence what happens off it!

Portsmouth had a deadline set in Nov or Dec, and still keeps getting put off. So I imagine this will be the same with us :/

I hope so.

I know we want a resolution, but with our current league placing the timing is everything.

Points deduction may not happen this season then. Deadline day coming.

Well I didn't win the Euromillions last night, so bang goes my cunning plan.

Was going to pay the 1.3m to ACL myself.

This is personal: Seppala I reckon sees this as a challenge to her manhood. She will do everything she can to frustrate the admin process, any sale.
She will throw lawyers at it and challenge everything.

Think of an enraged she-cat in a corner. She will try to say that CCFC couldn't sell their shares and that the original deal was illegal, she will say the lease is illegal. She will have other tricks to pull. The one thing she won't do is sit back and have it done to her.
For her it is not about CCFC it is about HER and her pride. Just as it never was about the rent but about getting hold of the whole place for nothing.

This is a fight to the death, Seppala doesn't like to lose. She is prepared to lie in Court, to threaten, to bring companies to their knees, put hundreds on the dole simply to win. Anybody who says that she is interested in football or Coventry is simply deluded.

Friday is the beginning of a long and bloody battle and she will not give up CCFC until the Club is totally ruined and no more. She has got rid of Clarke so that her team is now just Fisher and Labovic, no more the sentimentality of local people. It is total war and it is CCFC that will be the ground she destroys in her fight.

Interesting viewpoint. Not all fantasy but maybe you should write a novel, you have a beginning in place, beef it up with a dominant relationship with an underling. A tragedy on the making.

What about some love interest? One of her team having a local woman as a mistress. What happens if the wife finds out during the pressure of the Court battle? Seppala could have a sick child that clouds her judgement and makes her act irrationally. Another of her team has a skiing accident and is out of the picture at the critical time. Maybe we could throw in a bad deal on Spanish debt that wipes out what she made on Greek debt?
The question for you is how much of this is fantasy and how much true?

Think part of it will depend on how much time the court have allocated. If it's only enough time for a quick yes or no and SISU come in with a defence that needs examination they will most likley schedule a new date with a longer hearing. Believe they shut down over Easter so could be waiting a while if that happens.
