if sisu put us in admin does that mean they control the administration process?

I reckon that's the idea.

Is this the point in time where the sly hedge fund bastards start throwing the football club around their different holding companies in an attempt to avoid paying the back dated rent and any other bills owed to anyone outside of the group. Joy and her lawyers will come into their own as they are well practised at all this bollocks. This won't be about money though, this will be about not being outfoxed, this will be about egos and reputations !

Oh this sounds bad. What are they up to?

So. We've lost the 10 points and I guess Sisu will appoint 'their guys' meaning that we might lose the ten points and keep Sisu?

That's lose/lose.

I thought Tim Fisher supposedly told the manager and playing staff that all was going to be sorted before Friday.

Is this what he calls sorted?

Looks like it!

hearing Paul Mccarthy appointed (no idea who that is)

Appears on SSN doing the papers in the morning sometimes. Was Carlos Tevez's spin Dr last season when he went AWOL

Apparently the confirmation of admin came from Gerald Krasner.

That will be the same Gerald Krasner who thought it was OK for Boston United to call him 10 mins before the end of the season when they went 3-1 down and sure of relegation for him to put them straight into admin to ensure the 10 points had no effect. That didn't work though as the Football League changed the rules and got the Conference to relegate Boston another league and still dock them a further 10 points for 2 years running.

Sounds like him and Joy should get on famously.

Well in that case, we're totally screwed. He basically killed Boston.

Isn't receivership worse then admin?

A possibility, but I can't see that happening.

This will have narked ACL and the Council big time and you would now have to say we will be a million miles further away than ever in regard to the Ricoh.

The talk of building a new ground is bollocks because you are talking 4 years down the line, what with all the consultancy and planning before any work actually starts. And I can't see the Council here letting them build anywhere within the city boundaries.

We could therefore have a club that pretty much isn't our club anymore.

Just the kind of ridiculous comment that is only really worthy of ridicule!

I doubt any "SISU lovers" would have wanted this. SOME ACL sympathisers, & SOME anti-SISU supporters were making noises in favour of administration over time on other threads.

NOW is a time of all times when we need to put silly partisan rubbish aside & get together & back each other, the team & CCFC...not a religious man, but even I am praying we can somehow gain some good from this.
At least something MUST happen now.

Expect a 20-30 mile trip to go and watch your team.:(

I haven't read all the pages so apologise if I'm repeating anything. Firstly, the club can't go into receivership, the debenture would need to pre date sept 2003 for this to be a possibility, which it doesn't. Secondly, sisu may be able to appoint their own administrator however their job would be to act in the interests of all creditors to maximise asset realisations, not act for sisu.
