ACL on CWR right now (3 Viewers)

Sounds like sisu gave ACL no alternative but to put them into admin. Agree they couldn't risk the scum just killing the club - they had to do something to allow other buyers obtain the club.

So it was in reaction to sisu's posturing rather than their desire to put into admin!

SiSU are going to be in serious trouble, as they tried to swap over the golden share without league permission.

HMRC are going to come down hard on sisu. Fisher and Joy are going to be deep in the brown stuff

PWKH coming across very, very well I feel.

Hard to argue against much of that.

Wish we could find out about these things he is saying 'you wouldn't believe.'

Sisu need to get out. That is clear. The council are never, ever going to trust them, it's that simple.

Whoever is right, whoever is wrong, there is no future for CCFC with Sisu at the helm.

PWKH has told me probably all I need to know. Quite mind boggling that people defend the actions of SISU when you hear stuff like that.

It's a funny old world :)

Also interesting that he said that there is a 14 day grace period because of the admin case.

Isn't that saying that we can play at the Rioch without any rent incursion at all?

I too found that interesting. Mind you, we are dealing with Sisu here; a worse case of spivs you will never again come across.

PWKH came across very well.

Straight answers to all the questions.

Yup. Came across as sincere and honest.

Thing that keeps sticking in my mind is that a certain Mc Seppala got hammered in court didn't she over 'inaccuracies?'

I believe PWKH when he says that all parties shook hands on an agreement.

Came across excellently and can't imagine how anyone can criticise given that he took the time out to speak to the fans when representatives of the club obviously couldn't be arsed. Still pissed off with Linnell for not demanding SISU spoke to them, only ACL.

And the council wanting more than their money back.
Also they would veto any move for SISU to buy the club according to ACL guy. The club has no chance

I'd agree with that, the actions of both sides have ensured that. SISU are never going to get the Ricoh so there is nothing here for them.

Lets hope if we have new owners in then the council and ACL would have a massive attitude change and actually work with the club than against them as otherwise we could be here again in 5 years time with ACL and the council refusing to deal with the club.

He's such a contrast with Fisher. The only one of SISU's appointees who isn't a total knob is Waggot and he's not involved with things like the rent negotiations.

The most telling part was probably PWKH's sigh as he explained his exasperation at the things that had occurred, all of which are pretty much what I expect of such a rotten organisation. We probably don't know the half...

Too late, the club has gone and there is nothing they can do about it.

I want the football club to own it. Not necessarily SISU and not a joint venture company.

Listening to that, would anyone on here like Sisu to own our stadium?

The only possible way to make money out of CCFC is to have a stake (better still full ownership) of the Ricoh. There is no way in hell that Sisu (and I applaud that) will ever get that. So, why are they still hanging around? is it in an attempt to save face or are they really so thick to think that they may obtain some part of the stadium?

The club needs to own it's own ground and as such I want CCFC to own the ground not SISU / ACL / Higgs / Council. The club is owned by SISU now but hopefully it won't be forever.

You can write contracts with clauses saying for example 100% ownership of the stadium has to stay with the company who holds the player registrations and golden share, no lending can be taken out against the stadium and pretty much anything else you can think of. What do people think SISU are going to do if they own the stadium? The best way to get rid of them is for them to have something they can sell. CCFC owning the Ricoh is a much better proposition for any potential buyer.

Is that prat linnel stupid or what? How could he put PWKH on the spot about prospective owners? SISU won't even tell us who own us!
Very bad questioning imo coming from him! How the hell can PWKH be expected to say yes with the court case still in abeyance. get a brain Linnel!

Needs a stack load of conditions putting in place I reckon.

Maybe that is the only way forwards. If the council will veto any sale to Sisu then they need to ensure there are a load of caveats in place to protect the stadium and their interest.

The way the talk is going though, I am thinking liquidation may well be on the cards here.

It can't possibly happen with SISU because of the way that they negotiate, which lies somewhere between bewildering, unprofessional and just plain aggressive.
