So, quick summary of the situation ahead of tomorrow's big match at the High Court.

The teams:
ACL - possess a ground but no one willing to play in it for a fee.
CCFC Ltd - possess an agreement to play at the Ricoh and (we suspect) the right to play in the football league.
CCFC Holdings Ltd - possess a training base, a squad of football players and a manager.

The referee/judge could postpone the match again, but if we do get a result she will have to be strong and decisive. What a mess!

I'm in London at the moment. I have an 11.00 meeting tomorrow - very tempted to "forget" it and find my way to the court instead.

Mind you, it'd probably be a huge anti-climax like most of our big games :(

On Friday there were half a dozen city fans there including 3 posters from here. Anyone going to be there tomorrow? Will be trying to get news posted on Sky Blue Trust website as soon as possible or follow @TheSkyBlueTrust

Sheff missed a penalty on Saturday. Anyone think we may get another penalty today?

Not sure if we will win or not, but am expecting one or two red cards to be dished out. Not even sure if we will score today at all, not with the goalposts that keep moving.

Today is about can the ....(holdings) Ltd be put into admin, if it is then points deducted this season, if decision is after Thursday then next season. If it cannot be put into Admin by Court and ACL then admin is clearly before last Thurs (last Thursday for ...Ltd) of the month so pts off this season.
How many is the question? Also FIFA rules allow relegation as a punishment if it's the legal body is misbehaving.

There is no doubt the two entities are inextricably linked. Can't see the court coming to any other conclusion.

Not so sure they will come to that conclusion today though, so this could drag on. John Beech thought it could drag on for months.

Points off this season, and an administrator appointed to sell us to Haskell please.

It'll be like Christmas for me if this happens.

I guess it might depend on how much information ACL's lawyers have managed to extract from Sisu's lawyers over the weekend. Given Sisu's penchant for openness, I'm not overly optimistic that we'll get a result today.

If Haskell can't afford to buy the club without admin why is everyone getting so excited about him?

I think the point is more that (some) people believe that SISU will not sell the club at a price that anyone would be prepared to pay.

Therefore if you believe that the club needs a change of ownership to be able to progress, then sadly administration appears to be the only way forward - albeit a way that has many uncertainties and possible dangers.

It doesn't have to be admin by Thursday for the pts to be this season.

It was mentioned that next seasons ticket sales have already been borrowed against by Sisu.
Has Ryton got a mortgage against it or an Arvo charge which is the same thing its been borrowed against.
With these things in mind both ccfc ltd and ccfc holdings must both be working insolvent !!

Funny you should say that, Otis.

My brother was talking to Sheff and he is goinf today and has a T-shirt on underneath his top and will reveal it when the judge gives a verdict.

He wouldn't say what was on it....;)

It doesn't have to be admin by Thursday for the pts to be this season.

I thought the 28th was the key date.
Any points deducted before that date are this season. After that date next season.

This prevents teams going into admin when they know they have been relegated.

In our case obviously this season is best if you believe realistically that promotion is not achievable.
