too late by the sounds of it they have already made other plans

Good. Hopefully it involves Joy Seppala and Tim Fisher heading off to North Korea to take over Pyongyang City Sports Club.

They might disagree with Kim Jong-un on economic policy, but when it comes to media censorship, Sisu could show him a fair few things.

A SISU 'plant'. Jesus Fucking Christ, what planet are you on. Wow someone disagrees with your opinion, get over it, sick to the back teeth of all this pro sisu bollocks, I'm sure the bloke is pro ccfc, but because he has a different view to many on here he's a sisu lover. Bullshit of the highest order!

Not in the slightest: he is incredibly consistent and only posts to defend/justify SISU actions. You're being very naive if you don't think they are capable of having someone post a few things on an internet forum for them!

Godiva... Female!!!.............Could it be Septic herself?....just a thought!

I suppose it would be an ironic name. Maybe that is how Seppala sees herself?

Two Women

One of these Women made the greatest sacrifice, a Woman who defied the men around her at a time when Women had little rights, a woman who's actions help turn this City into one of the finest in Europe, she did all this for her beloved people of Coventry.

The other is some local bird who took her clothes off in the 11th century.

Well, if the club gets new owners - which I hope, providing that includes merging ACL into the club - then what will you call me when I keep on posting my opinions?

You know nothing about it at all so don't even go there! This goes back to GMK 3 years ago and has nothing at all to do with his love for CCFC so keep your nose out!

We'll cross that bridge when we come to it, if you don't burn it behind you on your way out.

Seems the agreement for an academy to use the Higgs centre needs to be registered the football league, with all the who har regarding the golden share, the Higgs centre doesn't believe that to be Coventry city holdings ltd..... Tweet from @darryljoemurphybstates, Re: Higgs Academy - I've been told there are rules around who can use it. Has to be a club registered with @football_league#skyblues...... Watch this space I say

See who the directors are and where they are based as well.....

Seems some one wants some clarity on the "Golden Share" after the weekends visit of PHIV.... Though doubt Joe would ever put the academy at risk....

This is simple

The clubs finances are unknown.
Some part of the club owes Higgs some money and the administrator is trying to sort.
While it is being sorted CCFC needs to continue and have offered to pay the ongoing costs until its sorted.
Higgs say no and the charity loses rent.
The facilities remain unused.

Higgs (and ACL) would sooner finish the club off than just keep the status quo.

I presume you a) missed or b) choose to ignore that the football league club is responsible for runing the academy & that is CCFC Ltd. That is the crux of the matter. I guess there is no chance this gets resolved now till after the next court hearing unless CCFC (Holdings) Ltd pay for CCFC Ltd to use the facillities.

There does seem an orchestrated campaign to get rid of Sisu......about bloody time.
How anybody can condone anything they do....or have done?
They are not fit and proper, end of.

Well wheres this not paying rent come from. The Club statement says they ll pay the rent for the Academy for the next three months and will pay for the equipment subject to the estimates being agreed. I know its Sisu but im more and more convinced people here are so blinded by hatred they do nt even read whats printed !!!
Would you just accept a bill for repairs with just one quote, if you would please invite me to quote you, what a happy pay day for me, Yes yes i must be a Sisu supporter blady blah ffs the Higgs trust, the Council ACL just want rid of Sisu and will do say charge anything to do it. Its time for Sisu to go but ffs theres some muppets about who are blinded by bollocks from the one side. I for one want a decent deal for the City thats all pusb.

More information, it seems the club is being cavalier with insurance.

Darryl Murphy ‏@darryljoemurphy 1h
@AshbyJan @football_league You're right Jan - to be a Category 2 academy - you have to be a registered club

Darryl Murphy Darryl Murphy ‏@darryljoemurphy 1h
Higgs Centre say if they can do a deal, @Coventry_City's Academy is still welcome there #skyblues

Darryl Murphy Darryl Murphy ‏@darryljoemurphy 1h
...Only academy players registered to CCFC Ltd were insured on site. Now it appears players were always with CCFC Holdings Ltd #skyblues

Darryl Murphy Darryl Murphy ‏@darryljoemurphy 1h
Higgs Centre say new contracts also need to be drawn up re: insurance... #skyblues

#negligence

Im not knocking the SBT and I ve not joined as Im not convinced they give true support to the Club, still concerned thats its just anti Sisu and again blinded by everything else.
I appreciate they are trying to do something but I think they need to be more open minded. I can nt get my head arounf people thinking we (ccfc) do nt need to own the ground,
which appears to be the SBT view,

Just Pay the rent owed. Rearrange the insurance so that the kids are covered. If there's a problem with the £12000,00 bill, pay half now and ask to compare the prices as a check that the costs are justified. No problem. Be open, upfront, show willingness to pay your bills and that's it. If you have better premises at a cheaper price lined up, give fair notice and then move to them. Unless, of course, you are just criminals trying to dodge your creditors. But SISU are certainly not criminals - whether they call themselves CCFC Limited or Holdings or not.

Looks to me like higgs are being cute with this.
Surely its a bit exceptional to pay rent of 2000 and be asked to pay 12000 for maintenance of equiptment.
Reading between the lines SISU wanted a short term deal till June (maybe they have some cute alternative plans after june?)
Higgs have quoted a rent of 2000 for the period but slapped in a demand for maintnance to be difficult.
I could be way off - but a maintenance charge of 6 times the rent does not look normal!

Where have you pulled this insurance issue from???

Love how so many have just chose to ignore that ccfc holdings CANT have an academy, and just decide that the charity is all to blame.

The £12,000 is what was quoted by the company (Farols') that the Club use to maintain the equipment owned by the Trustees, but used exclusively by the Club for the maintenance of the grass pitches at the Centre. What is needed is a mixture of repair and maintenance. One of the consequences of failing to maintain equipment properly is that it breaks down and then needs repair. That is the situation faced by the Trustees. The equipment is needed for the pitches: the damage and lack of maintenance are CCFC/Sisu's responsibility and just because the names of the companies switch around it should not mean that they don't pay.
The c£2,000 is for the period January to March and they have agreed to pay that.

The 2k between jan and march is to my understanding additional usage due to the long bout of bad weather. We were told by Higgs people that the initial rent is paid up front so it's not a bad debt just an extra payment .???
