Just listened to an interview between fisher and daryl murphy on free radio from march.couple of things he said. It was in response to the transfer embargo placed on the club and the matter of the debt order placed on the club for the owed rent. He said that sisu cannot continue running the club's when they we're losing the ammount of money they were each month.he said he feared for the future of the club as sisu could quite easily just walk away. When asked about possibly new buyers he said that as far as he was aware the were no interested partys on the horizon.also he stated that their accounts had been frozen.I just wanted to know is it still the case that their bank accounts are still frozen if so suerly this would totally knock their plans of a ground share and a new stadium on the head as they have no way of paying for anything.

If their bank accounts are frozen, then how have they been paying players?

There was something on here about this before, I think it was only a certain amount in the account which was frozen at a certain period or something.

ACL took a court order out that effectively froze the bank accounts. According to the Administrator, the application attempted to freeze some of CCFC Holdings Ltd - ACL probably didn't know which accounts related to which company.

I imagine these have now been unfrozen.

Once the administrator comes in, he takes control of everything.

Regarding funding the stadium - that will be most likely done through another company set up specifically for the task.

The third party debtor orders were taken out against CCFC Ltd and CCFC H. It froze what was in the accounts etc on the particular day not the account. They were for a specified period which has now expired for ccfch. When CCFC Ltd went into administration the third party debtor orders became void.

At no time were the SISU own accounts frozen. Whether SISU have investors willing to back them and put more funds into the CCFC project is a different question. It depends what they have been told and who they are. I suspect they have already taken advantage of any losses generated in previous years
