Yes, the intention is to have a presence at Ryton this evening at 5.30. We need to be seen at every opportunity to show we do not support the team leaving Coventry.

What? By protesting at the training ground which is outside of Coventry anyway.

Why Ryton and why at that time?

Is there any media present? If not isn't it a bit pointless?

there is a fans forum at the trg ground tonite , and yes the media will be there.
You may regard it as pointless, but personally I am prepared to take all possible steps to get the fans view across.
only 9 turned up yesterday, but got loads of exposure

9? Even the Tollpuddle martyrs managed 12.

Fernando - simply because Fisher is holding the first of his candlelit suppers for a few selected fans at Ryton at that time. Its just a way of reinforcing the message to him about the fans not wanting the club to play outside Cov - the irony of Ryton being outside Cov isn't lost on anyone ;)

Wonder if it still belongs to the club?

I was one of the 9 yesterday and feel we got a lot of coverage as we were quizzed by a dozen or so press and cameras.
You were not there. You just sit on your arse and moan at the few that have a go.
Why not come and put your case face to face instead of cowardly hiding behind your keyboard. :jerkit:

Doing a wanker sign online and then accusing somebody of being cowardly hiding behind a keyboard is somewhat ironic.

Would have liked to be there but I don't live and work in Coventry. At this moment I am in Cambridge and then all next week in London.... My job doesn't give me much flexibility and majority of the time will find it difficult get to Coventry due to work commitment today and the next day .... Really sorry guys :(

Just want to say all the best .... Keep us updated.

ps. Do the 3 sky blue mad hatters attend any of these protests .... as they are very visible, would be great to see them there in front of all the camera's. Would make a statement.

Fair play to Tim if he's invited the protesters in. Strikes me he's in a similar position to many middle managers, he's got bosses who are preventing him doing him doing the job effectively but he's the one getting all the flack from everyone. Could be an interesting interview on CWR if he ever does decide to quit!

He is educated to take flack. Plus the incentive of a 300k plus salary. I'd make him earn his money if I were paying him.

I doubt if he is getting £300k - SISU are too tight to pay that sort of money and even if they weren't they could have had someone with experience and ability. Fisher has never run or managed anything as large or as complex as CCFC and is completely out of his depth and comfort zone.

He is coming across as utterly unconvincing in his interviews or face to face relations . He has been brought in to sell us just like he did at Charlton .

There is potential that he's on a percentage of any sale fee ,and a chance that he actually holds a financial stake in things.

Used to annoy me when they were the only ones the stewards wouldn't ask to sit down.
