Clubs not for sale because the Joy's a Villa fan and hasn't finished spending millions making us a laughing stock yet.

If I remember correctly, they were asked and they didn't like it. The owners were then thinking about selling up as its what they really wanted to do with the club. Due to the unknown, Cardiff fans just accepted it then.
The Cardiff owners initially announced it and with the backlash then announced that they'd dropped the idea. There was no further dialogue or interaction before they then changed colours a few weeks later. Cardiff fans were given no option or warning after being told it was dropped.

God please let this all be spin. Right now they're being quite convincing over challenging where the golden share should lie

Oh this is dire for poor Timmy, Golden Share is a hot potato but it's basically in Ltd. If he says once more "that's a very good question" ..............

The football league are clueless and we now know the legal case it's in holdings is a strong one.

I imagine it will be on iplayer shortly after it finishes or by tomorrow at the latest.

Need it recording because he said things at the last one I'd love to play back to him and question him on..

Like for instance he said last year they had converted 35m debt to equity. So how are we now 70m on debt and not half of that?

Tim says club is not for sale .. how is it then the Administrator is inviting bids to buy it ?

administrator is selling Ltd, TF is saying everything is in holdings. its therefore up to any potential buyer to decide for themselves if there actually is anything in Ltd worth buying and also the possibility of potential legal action from SISU if they don't get the outcome they want.

If they eventually find the GS to be in Holdings, are they then going to sue the FL for the 10 points and any other related costs?

I've got a bit of software to rip iplayer radio to mp3 to stick on my ipod, I'll grab them when they go up in case they need to be referenced in the future.

I would guess any offer from the FL to place the GS with Holdings would require no legal action to be taken. think they did something similar with Leeds.
