So TF admitted that during Sisu's reign accounts have been submitted wrong (7 Viewers)

Fisher also lied about the golden share etc, I have had this confirmed by the FL and have stated this on here before.

I think he described them as 'a mess' rather than technically 'wrong'.. in context of unpicking the historical trading activities and beneficial ownership.

If true, to admit to this is very unwise - he can not have taken proper legal advice before making that statement. The ramifications are HUGE! This is spin to justify Holdings being the football club. It is almost laughable.
The accounts were audited - so questions need to be raised about the auditor's competence. Possible legal action against the auditors. If TF admitted this then any half-whit of an auditor would have picked this up in no time at all. Unless the directors deliberately mislead them - there could be questions about fraud raised by this (alleged) admission.
The directors may have failed in their legal obligations to keep proper records. For this they could be made personally liable for debts, be struck-off and banned as directors.

For me this is all part of a SISU action plan. They're in big trouble and they know they are. All this is designed to muddy the waters to boost the case that Holdings is the football club.
I am sure the administrator is looking closely at all this. Joy could also be in deep trouble as the club have admitted to her attending meetings and being 'hands-on'. "A shadow director is someone who is not a named director but who directs or controls the company. It is important to identify any such person as the liquidator can take the same action against this person as can be taken against the named directors" so Joy is in the firing line also.
The Courts will decide what happens - and that is what all this inconsistent bullshit from SISU is designed to do.

Would suggest though that if all the football dealings were through Holdings at the time, that that is where the Golden Share would have lay possibly?

Mr Appleton may well be quietly pulling strings here & there to purposely create a scenario whereby SISU would prefer to go quietly for a reasonable bid that sits nicely with all stakeholders to one degree or another...or stay & face some rather distasteful music (like Country & Western for example...scary thought)

There's a difference between saying the accounts are a mess and saying the accounts have been prepared in a way that constitutes deliberate fraud. I took it more as the way the accounting was done made it difficult to track what was going where, I seem to recall when BR was around there was a suggestion that he had deliberately done this so it was harder for people to work out what was going on. Assuming they have paid all the tax and NI, and particularly if it is historical before TF reign, I can't imagine he's going to be in that much trouble. They may not even need to retrospectively change them, they might have just transferred things around more recently to make the accounting more manageable which could explain why assets people thought were in a particular company don't appear to be there.
Whatever you think of TF and the way he runs the business of CCFC he's not a total idiot and there will be lawyers involved, do you really think if it was that serious nobody would have thought to say to him 'whatever you do don't mention this mess with the accounts'?

Allegedly there were certain alleged inaccuracies (allegedly) with the accounts during the reign of BFR, that is true. I know of a few concerned fans who were digging deep into those alleged inaccuracies as early as 1998, or at least trying to dig deep. There were indeed suggestions of unusual accounting practices and the auditor's report not being entirely up to scratch (as there may have allegedly been suggestions that, to the contrary of the auditor's reports, we were struggling to be considered a going concern). I still think there are serious questions to be raised over the accounts, and while I'm certainly not going to suggest anything fraudulent may have allegedly happened, there are quite a few things that just don't add up, in my view.

No, but then if they moved assets around recently there is a danger that people might look at this and think they did this based on the knowledge that Administration was a possibility. Now some people might find that suspicious (but to quote Francis Urquhart) I couldn't possibly comment
