Can/Will than result in investigations from Company House? Is it illegal to sign them?
Me thinks Fisher and Igwe should be very worried.
He didn't sound worried which is why I was wondering.
He left 40 mins early . I'd say he's worried
<p>
I hope your right.
It was either that or walkies time.
He ain't no more Valliant lost shed loads .Fisher is a fat prick.
Then he should have brought that to the attention of the responsible authorities did he ?I think he described them as 'a mess' rather than technically 'wrong'.. in context of unpicking the historical trading activities and beneficial ownership.

Mr Appleton may well be quietly pulling strings here & there to purposely create a scenario whereby SISU would prefer to go quietly for a reasonable bid that sits nicely with all stakeholders to one degree or another...or stay & face some rather distasteful music (like Country & Western for example...scary thought)
The Courts will decide what happens - and that is what all this inconsistent bullshit from SISU is designed to do.
There's a difference between saying the accounts are a mess and saying the accounts have been prepared in a way that constitutes deliberate fraud. I took it more as the way the accounting was done made it difficult to track what was going where, I seem to recall when BR was around there was a suggestion that he had deliberately done this so it was harder for people to work out what was going on. Assuming they have paid all the tax and NI, and particularly if it is historical before TF reign, I can't imagine he's going to be in that much trouble. They may not even need to retrospectively change them, they might have just transferred things around more recently to make the accounting more manageable which could explain why assets people thought were in a particular company don't appear to be there.

Whatever you think of TF and the way he runs the business of CCFC he's not a total idiot and there will be lawyers involved, do you really think if it was that serious nobody would have thought to say to him 'whatever you do don't mention this mess with the accounts'?
Allegedly
Fisher is a fat prick.
The return of Cuprinol Ken!If anything good comes out of this, somebody bringing past accounts and directors to task (naturally to prove them innocent) wouldn't be a bad thing to come from the fallout.

I'm sitting with my back to a wall, so that may not be possible.Further back than that please...
