Orange Ken: "we've got a meeting with the council tomorrow"

The council: "no you haven't"

that wasn't a good sign, the first time the new 'best ever' board was presented to us and the lies were already being told.

Onye Igwe, September 2011 "In the coming weeks and months I shall communicate further with supporters and outline a wider vision for the club"

And then, we never heard a peep out of him again.

He must have realised that it wouldn't have gone down well with anyone, even with such an ego and delusion. You can't be rich without having some smarts surely? Unless he made his money as a test subject into how skin turns that colour.

I think reality starts to change when you get used to the emperors' clothes

Not negotiating a sensible rent when they took over is the biggie, it's led to where we are today.

Everything that these bastards have done to us and are still doing to us and yes I am talking about Sisu and you still cant see past the rent can you? No ALL our problems have been caused by the rent. Relegation to the third division caused by the rent transfer embargos caused by the rent loss of thousands of fans caused by the rent have I left anything out like the huge debt hair brained schemes etc. Youve got that stupid little ditty on the bottom of all your posts just sums up your jumped up petty minded attitude dont see anything regarding the Sisu bastards on the the bottom. Yes the rent was too high for a third division club offered to reduce it by two thirds but no we wont pay it at all tell you what we'll threaten liquidation cunts and yes you for all your posturing still support these cunts:jerkit:

I may not agree with what they have done or are doing. They care little for the fans or the football club, but stupid nah, they're not stupid.

I have to disagree, only a wise man knows he knows nothing and unfortunately SISU thought they knew everything, including how to run a football club.

Not renegotiating the rent and f&b's or buying Higgs half of ACL at the onset.

Also not cutting the wage bill immediately to help reduce losses.

Not selling Westwood, etc and allowing them to leave for free

Proposing to build a new stadium.

I am very confident the figures do not add up.

How can you propose a solution to losing money that will cause you to lose more money than you currently do.

You won't sell now as it is at a low in the business cycle soon they will hear the term a new low.

employing Stephen Presley over an experienced league 1 manager having proven with Robins that its a model that works.

It's quite impressive really over 6.5 years.

I wonder how the person who has pumped most of their money in feels.

I would love to see what the strategy is that has been proposed by joy to the main investor (s) for an exit plan.

I wonder if the investor(s) have considered their options in relation to legal advice regarding the mismanagement of their investment.

Not clearing the decks to any great extent at any point in their tenure.

Not sacking Chris Coleman after the Charlton game.

Appointing Andy Thorn on the basis of a run that saw us win 3 games out of 10 - setting an abysmal benchmark

Not sacking Andy Thorn after the 2-1 defeat at Crystal Palace in August 2011

Not sacking Andy Thorn after the 2-1 defeat at Blackpool in January 2012

Not sacking Andy Thorn after relegation from the Championship

Bang on. Strangely enough most posters on here fully supported their continued employment of the worst manager in the club's history.

Having the strange idea that a sky blue elephant should eat healthily and have the shape of a super model !!!

I agree you either sack him after relegation.

Or if you decide not to and make a big public statement about backing him, then let him sign 9 players! Then you have to see that through 3 games was a joke. To sack him then led to a catalogue of derailments to what could have been a very successful season

Ha Ha Ha Ha - funiest thing I've read on here for ages. The original poster said he should never have been appointed and then sacked very early in the Championship campaign. This obsession with a lazy brain dead excuse for a manager was the biggest mistake as it led to relegation, an acceptance of mediocre, unfit and tactically bereft players and an excuse for management failure. This has led us to where we are now.

I think most are intelligent enough to know you either sack him or back him.

Not a hybrid where you back him to the hilt let him make the decisions that will shape the rest of our season then change you mind at the last minute.
Sack him
Mess around trying to get a new manager. By which point our season was screwed.

He should have gone after the 2-1 defeat at Palace, it was most depressing performances I have ever seen

No you said the biggest mistake - and sticking with the worst manager in the clubs history has to be the most damaging decision they made.

Sacking him 3 games in of course was correct just too late for promotion but it saved us from almost certain relegation.

The manager alone led to our relegation, no other decisions.....

Where would you stand on this

Say if lots of the things in here could be evidenced, would you as an investor have a strong case to Sue SISU for the complete mismanagement of you investment?
