I fail to see how this benefits us in any way since he doesn't own any part of CCFC.

So good luck to him, but unless he owns the club and is reuniting it with the stadium, who really cares?

It would likely stop SISU getting their filthy hands on it. Let's see SISU try and distress PH4!

So CCFC Ltd has to be liquidated to break the agreement that it can only be sold to CCFC?

That's my understanding in relation to the ACL share.
The lease is in Limited? and is still valid. CCFC had option to buy ACL share within a certain period of time, still current? If CCFC Limited are liquidated, the lease can become invalid, and with it goes the option to buy ACL share. Others such as OSB, Squirell, PKBH will know exactly.

Presume CCC share
CCFC Limited have the option of ACL share as in terms of lease. This is still in place up until Limited is liquidated and the lease is broken.
I stand to be corrected, but that is my understanding

That agreement I would have thought would be now invalid due to CCFC Ltd failing to keep up with the scheduled rent payments therefore breaking any agreed contract they signed. This was clarified in court that non payment of the rent was a breach of the agreement.

SISU (CCFC LTD) taking legal action regarding this will have no legs to stand on. SISU (CCFC Ltd) have left the building and the doors locked.

At the moment ACL and and Higgs are clear to sell there share to any bidder they fancy as this agreement for SISU (CCFC Ltd) is not worth the paper it is written on.

The option is not to buy the share but to get a quote for its worth.

perhaps it helps with the problem of the FL allocating the golden share? and it could force the admimnistrator to put the club up forsale again giving PH4 a better chance of owning CCFC if the FL throw out SISU master plan ?:thinking about::thinking about:
How do we know that PH is not in an alliance with Otium?

Lease/licence is presently still there in CCFC Ltd - an administrator can not dismiss a lease only a liquidator can/will (other than the landlord cancelling it )

the option has now gone. Not sure it was because of administration but because SISU enacted it on behalf of CCFC Ltd last June and did not follow through with it

Otium will have bought "certain assets" out of CCFC Ltd which forms the basis of the CVA. That does not mean they buy a company they already own, only that some assets are bought from it. That will be sufficient to pay off the creditors that the administrator has accepted, the creditors will be settled to the amount agreed say 20 or 25p in the £ that of course after the administrator and legals paid in full.

The money that went in to CCFc ltd from SISU will of course be safe because it went in through CCFCH first so CCFC H still owes SISU the full amount

final act will be to liquidate CCFC Ltd and at that point the lease is broken

Thanks as always for clarifying
ACL have mentioned in todays release, that admin will last for several more months.
Presume CVA not likely, therefore further points deduction?, or will points deduction happen if/when Ltd is liquidated?

agreed and we need all the help we can get so the keys haters can go suck a dick imo

Think you might be the one choking on the pork.

From PWKH:

"As it stands the Charity has had discussions with Mr Haskell. Those discussions continue and are positive and productive but have not reached a conclusion. I know that sounds like a communique issued after a "world leaders summit" but it is as far as I can go. The operative words are 'continue' and 'positive'.
I don't know where Richard Keys gets his information and I am sure that he hopes that he is being helpful but his information is not correct and at a time like this when everyone is suffering heartache, anger, sorrow and frustration I am not sure that speculation masquerading as fact is helpful to anyone."
