Possibly a Middlesborough similarity ? CCFC Ltd liquidated and new company formed and FL agree to grant golden share to new comany (new owners?). Downside -15 deduction ?

But u know what would happen.
SISU would claim that Holdings is the club as they have done all along and threaten to sue the FL
Apart from that, SISU will likely liquidate Limited anyway to rid themselves of the lease unless ACL agree to CVA.
If the league had balls, they would not rubber stamp Otiums takeover and instruct Appleton to find another buyer not connected to SISU etc.(Thats our best hope), but even then if there is no buyer to be found then the whole thing gets wound up I guess.
Why can't things be simple?

SISU - Do the right thing .......... Please

This is not the bottom of the selling cycle .............. it is at the top.
The next few years will see further losses that you will never get back.
Sell now and make a saving, let someone else have a go at saving our club. ......... Please

SISU will not listen to Cov fans comments, you need to influence the investors to make them aware of your comments and they can change Joy's stance on this situation.

The weak link to the groundshare proposal is the Northampton chairman he must be pursued and hassled day and night after him it's the police, the cost of this ground share will be high and for just a few fans, remember there will be Cov fans away fans and possibly a few locals too

I may be wrong but I don't think FL can instruct Appleton to do anything! He is an officer of the court, isn't he?
