I understood that the Higgs half share was only available for sale to the owners of the football club, and that there is a time limit on that.

As SISU have now severed all connections with the Ricoh, is the Higgs share now no longer available to purchase, or is it available to any other interested parties who don't own the club, but who meet the right criteria ?

The right criteria? Who are the only people, where it can be proved beyond all doubt, that their ONLY interest, is CCFC?

Us; the supporters!

I think SISU activated the option last June then didnt follow it through so the option is effectively dead any way

Preston Haskell IV?

That was what I had at the back of my mind, can't see the Charity being pleased at having their money tied up in the stadium long term.

PH4 seems to be trusted by the Council/ACL/Higgs. Would be interesting if he expressed an interest.

I have a feeling the time limit has run out or it went with admin. Don't think there's anything to stop anyone else buying that share.

Doesn't it expire in 2015 or when the lease expires whichever is the sooner?

The Option is in CCFC Ltd. It has been shown in the accounts of other entities owned by Sisu and linked to CCFC. It has not been transferred out of CCFC Ltd: for it to be assigned it requires the agreement of the Trustees. This agreement has not been sought by Sisu or by the Administrator. Sisu did not trigger the Option last summer. At present the Option is in the hands of the Administrator. It cannot be triggered if CCFC Ltd owe any money to ACL.

Hi Peter. Been a while since I've seen you on here!

Once the sale of limited to Otium goes through and the club are moved to Northampton what happens to the option then? Surely if the club have been released from the contract to play at the ground surely this works the other way and the option is ceased also.

So if ACL accept the CVA the Option continues?

When does it expire?

As I understand it, (and the Trustees have not yet taken advice because the parts are still moving and there is no point in spending any money on lawyers until they stop moving) if the CVA is accepted Ltd can continue or it can be liquidated. If it is liquidated the Option dies. What will not happen, it seems, is that Ltd will be sold to Otium. Appleton has accepted an offer from Otium for whatever the assets are, not for the company itself. If Otium bought Ltd they would be buying the lease and licence at the Ricoh...
As I say, the parts are still moving around and what is today's situation may well not be tomorrow's.

Can we not just sell it to them ?
I know it will hurt!!! but maybe just maybe then they would sell up to someone who understands football clubs are not just football clubs , they are the soul of the city !
Is it true they have made a take it or leave it offer for the Ricoh ?
Please do all you can to sort this nightmare ! Even if it dos mean a total rethink in approaches
Please imagine how shit life would be without your team . I'm struggling too
I ain't got a lot but without the footy life's gonna be tedious to say the least
, I like many live , breath ,and then dream of my CITY it's slipping away please do something
Get yourself down to the council ,then ring sisu ,sort a meeting out take someone from the trust to ref
Then you don't leave the room until we've got our club back !!

They did, something that never gets mentioned or asked to Tim Fisher when being interviewed on radio. I wonder if the football league are aware of that

Fisher has said on many occasions he does not want to talk to them he will not deal with them that is why we are moving to Northampton they don't care about the Club it's supporters or the City.

Correct that would fuck up their plans big time :D
I'm not sure if it can be done but i'd love Haskell to buy the Ricoh and therefore hopefully keeping it out of the hands of SISU, especially if they are doing what people suggest and just waiting until ACL go t*ts up so they can get the Ricoh on the cheap.

IF SISU got to purchase ACL surely there is a real danger that they would dismantle the company and sell off its component parts to the highest bidders? You may well find that CCFC and the stadium are sold to different owners, the exhibition hall somewhere else, the parking to yet another entity. SISU do not give a shit about anything but money, they specialise in asset stripping and liquidations.
