Anybody would think that now MK has left us, we will be a player short next season. Well I've have news for you, we are still entitled to play 11 men.

MK was no world beater, he never really cut it in the Premier league, despite what he probably thinks, Championship is his level and yes he did find his feet for us certainly in the last couple of months and Birmingham have themselves a Championship goal scorer.

But here's a question, not that easy to answer, it's a team game, so do you not think that his late rich vein of goal scoring was down to the (Andy Thorn) way we were playing? So how do Brum play?

Now here's the bit a lot of you won't agree with, I think that The Juke with a season under his belt will really step up to the mark next year and if Thorn was to play McSheffrey as an out and out striker next to him (already been hinted), we don't need another striker.

What I think we really need is another player able to play at the tip of the diamond.

Anyway thats my view.

completely disagree, we defo need another striker! , i agree with u on the juke i think he will get better and better but we couldnt put all the pressure on him to get the goals and we cant rely on a whole season from mcsheffery as he gets to many injuries and despite flashes is not the same player we sold to brum. and our back up of platt , eastwood and jason donovan wouldnt exactly set the division on fire!
we need an experienced striker someone like , nugent , earnshaw , harewood , or lita (ideally eubanks- blake) to get us the goals we will need

Jukebox will get twenty goals next year, McSheffrey needs to be let loose at the front of the diamond where he will rip defences apart. We need a strong fast striker to pair Juke with, I like freddy, but he isn't consistent enough and has never really found true form for us. Maybe it's time to free up his wages.

Nearly all of McSheffreys goals in his career have come from the left,he's proven there and will get more goals playing from there than up top.We need another striker,i'd like to see Ricardo Fuller at the Ricoh.

Personally, I don't McSheffrey would be that effective up front any more. He hasn't played there for a while first of all. Secondly, he is much more effective coming from deep, which is why he flourished at the tip of the diamond. We definitely need at least one striker. I'd like to see us sign 2 and then let ROD and Freddy go.

I don't see Sheffs as a striker. He works really well in AT's diamond shape. We definitely needed a striker last season and even more so now, O'Donovan is rated so poorly he rarely go on the pitch, Freddy doesn't work hard enough and hasn't shown any real quality during the last season.
Juke will come good this season and Platt isn't bad to keep on the bench. We ideally need 2 new strikers, a proven goal scorer and a super sub back up.

Miller is a top player but v injury prone but one player who might be available as he never seemed to be in total favour with billy Davis is Lewis mcgugan. Think he would be ideal at the tip of the diamond, young, pacy, scores goals. Probably beyond our 57p budget but we can but hope.

I agree let Rod Jane and Freddy go :p
Play Bungle and Geoffrey wide of the diamond with Zippy at the tip.
