I don't think there's anything in the FA/FL's rules and regulations that can be used to fail the F&P certifications. If there were, I think the pressure from the council, MP and even MEP, ACL and the fans would have achieved that by now.

We can only hope the government pull their finger out while we are still in administration and make the FA implement more stringent rules around ownership (hmmmmm - I can't see it).

The fact that SISU won't even talk to ACL without the CVA being signed suggests to me that they're getting a bit worried about things now.

I'm sure most would like to think that, but the reality is that they are playing hard ball again, and would use this tactic whether or not they have anything to worry about. IMO

This.

The funny thing about all this is I agree on the rationale for a new ground/better deal, but I just cannot support a company with such unethical business practices.

The mistake Sisu keep making is forgetting how important customer relations and perceptions are.

Agree - something pretty unethical about charging a 3rd division football club £1.2m in rent isn't there.

Something pretty odd about not trying to negotiate that amount down before just boycotting it!
