Has to be pretty high in the top 5 faces you would love to punch, not quite Fisher but very close

Have a word with yourself. If I was to punch anyone it would be anyone that is trying to kill my football club. I will defend my family. I will defend my friends. I will defend fellow Cov fans as my club is like my family to me.

I am older and wiser these days, but if twatting that twat made them leave our club I would willingly give him a good hiding.

Because I often speak against the general consensus?
Why use brutal force - just say your oppinion and back it with arguments.

You know what - If punching me would make sisu leave, I would happily let you have a swing.

I prefer the way Abraham Lincoln put it:

"You can fool some of the people all of the time, and all of the people some of the time, but you can not fool all of the people all of the time"

SISU are still fooling some people.

So are ACL.

This is my opinion.

I love SISU. They have taken us to Div 3.

I love SISU. They always lie to us.

I love SISU. They are moving us to Northampton.

I love SISU. Whenever anyone tries to help us they threaten them with court action......when they can.

I love SISU. They sell any player that gets a cash bid.......or manager when we get a half decent one.

I love SISU. They are getting fans not to follow their club anymore.

I love SISU. They are losing the next generation of fans.

I love SISU. We now do admin each year.

I love SISU. Liquidation could come next.

I love SISU. The pics of Joy look great...even if the judge calls her a liar.

I love SISU. I am demented after all.

Grendel, Godiva, Grego_Gee Do you think the CVA should be signed ?

Direcors of a company have a duty to act in the best interest of the shareholder.
it is difficult to see how they could reject the Otium CVA within the duty of directors.
Emotions are running high but it would not gain them anything!

I did not know it was him that said that. You learn something new, some days.

They certainly fooled him when they told him that theatre was secure :p

Without Prejudice:- Appleton has failed to address many of the questions raised and, in my opinion, has "ducked" the obvious ones. For example, failing to get a satisfactory answer re the transfer of assets in 2012, failing to take account that accounts have not been filed (a criminal offence), not addressing the fact that Tim Fisher is a Director of both CCFC Ltd, Otium, CCFC Holdings Ltd etc etc... I feel there are grounds for this whole process to be declared "null and void" and start afresh with another Administrator. I also believe that litigation against either the Football League and Appleton is a possibility. These are just my opinions and not a statement of fact.

I don't understand how it can be allowed that during the administration process, while supposedly still investigating SISU, SISU are allowed to cherry pick assets out of Ltd that they want to buy. What happens now if something changes or PA finds evidence that SISU are up to no good and therefore they're no longer the preferred bidder, there's nothing left in Ltd to buy.

Also didn't PA say he requested info from the auditors and they refused only for the auditors to turn round and say they'd supplied everything they'd been asked for? Sure I saw that somewhere.

He has failed to address those questions thus far, doesn't mean he won't. We've been in admin for what just 4 months, pompy's were in admin for 14 months, plenty of time yet

Take your first paragraph - what if he doesn't investigate sisu, but the board of directors, the validity of the assets, the players registrations, the FL's registration of the players and the Golden Share? Only after he has done that and found it all to his satisfaction he can proceed with the sale. So following that everything must be in order ... or 'the mess' is nothing to do with the current board and has not been created with fraudulent intent ... as he has conducted the sale.

Take your second paragraph - Again if he has already gotten all the information he has asked for, then if he had found anything that would change the situation around the sale, he would have done it.

Any further investigation would be into the conduct of previous boards ... that's Ranson/Hoffman and Elliott and those predating sisu back to 1995 when Limited was formed.

These statements made in the House won't be off the cuff bluster, there would have been digging, research, expert advise etc. etc. Appleton has to fire back but he also has to answer the questions asked

Can you really be that naive? It's hard to believe so I can only conclude that you have an agenda.

Naive in what way? it's entirely possible that whatever your views of the current situation, responsibility and any dubious acts go further back than that. Indeed, the fact he says, "however, I’m happy to report that our thorough and deep-rooted investigation – as demanded by the main creditors," hints that SISU themselves have asked for a greater investigation than he was bound to do by law.

Perhaps it would help if "thorough" was defined and "deep-rooted investigation" was explained?

Of course it would!

Although of course if innocent until proven guilty, and in a world where litigation is used to offer the thought of smoke without fire, it could also be argued that it's good he isn't following the approach of other protagonists within this.

If someone whose professionalism hasn't been questioned in the slightest by the most high profile losing bidder, and who is obliged by the court to investigate the most recent conduct... will he be believed if he concludes nothing illegal has happened?

Do you think that he is dishonest and totally in the pocket of Sisu?

Straight answer yes or no would do.
Or just been incompenent . Does happen even at the top. I am hoping Ainsworth has certain other knowledge up his sleeve and doubt he has just fired from the hip.
One thing that keeps coming out re the administrator is Appleton is always described as joint administrator, so I ask who is the other one ?
